Excellent and smooth service at the Leeds Trinity branch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and sorted out everything I needed in no time. Highly recommend visiting this store!

I bought broadband from the Leeds…
I bought broadband from the Leeds store.
I’ve had nothing but problems,wifi dipping in and out of signal ,tv pausing on Netflix .
It turns out that after ringing and having to go in Wakefield store that my I was miss sold what they promised,I don’t have enough signal in my area .
They could not automatically do the switch over in store .
I’ve managed to cancel it ,however I’ve just received 3 emails to say thank you for staying with 3 . What a poor customer , incompetent service I’ve received.
