She was an angel, she was initially challenged by the problem but she did not let go until she resolved it. She was pleasant all the way through, a good rep for Three. Her customer service was excellent as she helped change my SIM as well to one much better. Kudos to KAVITA, we need more like her

I am writing this to warn others about the appalling treatment I received today. I have been a loyal Three customer for over 2 years with 4 active lines in my household. I visited this branch ready to spend thousands on two new upgrades: an iPhone 17 Pro and an iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Because I took a moment to review the final contract pricing and ultimately decided not to buy at that exact second, the salesperson, she became incredibly hostile and aggressive. She explicitly told me, "DON'T COME AGAIN."
It is absolutely unacceptable for a salesperson to verbally abuse a customer and tell them to "never return" simply for exercising their right to check a price before committing to a contract. , I am embarrassed by her lack of professional conduct and respect.
I was a loyal customer, but after being shouted at and told not to come back, I will now be moving all 4 of my family's lines to a competitor as soon as our contracts end. Three UK, you are losing a high-value customer because of one staff member's shocking aggression.
