Very helpful and advised on changing our phone and 2 SIM cards. Great that we can now use our phones abroad without buying extra SIM cards. Brilliant customer service, very friendly.

Went into three shop in Halifax today as had some issues with my contract and was able to get this sorted with the help of Adil he was speedy with this and very helpful.

10/10 customer service
We went into store today trying to cancel a contract and within our cooling period as at another store we were put into a contract for a really high price for what we were receiving.
Called numerous times and ended up coming in to the Halifax store for in person help.
Shah helped us amazingly, was extremely patient helping us cancel and also as we didn’t want to loose our mobile number so shah helped us find a new sim only contact for half of the price, we also signed up to a home broadband with 3 for less that we were originally paying for a sim only contract.
The staff are all extremely helpful and polite, the store is well maintained and clean and the atmosphere is very professional.
Very happy with the help we received today
