Great customer service
Great customer service. Wanted to amend a SIM only plan. The staff member was very helpful and explained everything about the new plan and our current data use. Set up a price cap also.

Best customer service
We visited a few phone shops, but by far Victoria at the three shop was the most friendly and knowledgeable about the product, a great customer service and stood out from the competitors with how friendly she was, we went with three and would recommend to friends and family

Having experienced issues with my Three…
Having experienced issues with my Three Account I eventually was able to get everything sorted out thanks to Muray at the Cameron Toll Store. The issues I was having caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. Nothing was too much trouble for Muray and he sat with me until everything was up and running properly. They are a great team in this store and it is thanks to them that I remain to be a Three customer.

Anjum was amazing
Anjum was amazing, my account was all messed up with lots of contracts and numbers. She took her time sorting it all out and managing to get me an upgrade and reducing my bill by almost half. Amazing service and lovely girl.
