Quick and simple experience
Went in to upgrade my phone contract and even though I didn’t have access to to my phone, Bilal was very helpful and cheerful throughout the process would recommend.

My experience was very positive because of the excellent customer service I received from Bilal at Three. He was very helpful and took the time to understand my internet needs before recommending a suitable 12-month plan. He explained everything clearly and made sure the package matched what I actually needed, not just the most expensive option.
