After my contract had ended I wished to continue my Three contract and take advantage of an offer I had received by txt but was unable to access it online. James at Three in Cwmbran was able to access my account and apply an upgrade offer that I couldn’t find online. Top man.

Connor at the Cwmbrân shop was very informative and helpful. Great service as always from this outlet of 3.

Keira talked us through all the options of upgrading or extra storage etc. Kiera was knowledgeable polite and very helpful 10 out of 10

James was our customer advisor. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. From start to finish.
My partner is moving over to 3 and james made it seamless, nothing was too much trouble whilst chatting away and made my partner and I feel very welcome to the store.
Would highly recommend James, especially if buying a Samsung. He seems to know the brand to an expert level.
