Great Customer Service
Jake, was fantastic. From the welcome until goodbye. Very professional, friendly and attentive. He helped us set up the new phone nicely and easily, and explained all the benefits. It's nice to experience true customer service.

Clapham three store is very helpful
The customer service in the Clapham store was incredibly, very helpful and quick. It was an easy process which the company provider I was with before’s store didn’t help me as much. I would 100% recommend this. A massive thank you to Jake who was the best, he was positive, friendly and very helpful. amazing customer service from these guys.

Wiktoria was absolutely phenomenal
Wiktoria was absolutely phenomenal. We had come in from a horrible experience at the EE store from across the street and in contrast, from the moment we walked in, Wiktoria welcomed us with a warm smile and with an abundance of knowledge in the services Three provides. Her navigation in explaining all the plans and set ups was smooth and clear and helped us to understand our options clear. I’ve cancelled my EE plan and moved to Three swiftly and got a broadband hub for a fraction of the price! Thank you so much!!
