I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received from Saira, the assistant manager from the Cardiff St Davids store. She was absolutely fantastic and is a real asset to Three UK!

From the moment I came in, Saira took the time to understand my needs and talked me through all the options available without rushing me at all. I never once felt like I was simply being sold products or pushed into spending more money. Instead, she genuinely listened, took my requirements into consideration and made sure I understood what would work best for me and my family.

She even spent time demonstrating different products and explaining everything thoroughly, which made the whole experience so much easier. She also put together a package deal for me and my family, making sure everything suited our needs.

It’s rare to come across someone who is so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely invested in providing excellent customer service. Saira went above and beyond, and her professionalism and approach really stood out.

I honestly cannot praise Saira enough. From the moment I dealt with her, she was absolutely phenomenal. She went above and beyond what I could ever have expected, making the entire experience an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

Saira is a true credit to Three. She made me feel valued as a customer, listened carefully to everything I had to say, and approached everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. Gio was absolutely fantastic, he was extremely helpful and strived to get the best deal he possibly could for me. He explained everything carefully and in detail so I understood my new contract. I highly recommend him!!
