SIM UPGRADE
I went into the Three store regarding a SIM upgrade and was assisted by Ariyana. She was very informative, explained everything clearly, and took the time to go through the options that suited my needs. What really stood out was how compassionate and patient she was, I never felt rushed and she made the whole process easy to understand. Excellent customer service and a real credit to the store.
