I had an excellent experience at the Three store, thanks to Ross. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. His deep understanding of the different phones and models gave me complete confidence that I was making the right choice.
Ross took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and even recommended additional devices that will make my overall experience even better. I never felt pressured—only well informed and supported.
