As someone who is not confident with technology, Hannah was incredible and made the process of upgrading super simple whilst meeting all of my needs in getting me the best deal for my budget. Also, she was incredibly welcoming and super helpful. I would rate my experience 10 out of 10!

Liam helped me set up a contract with three as my ex wife had my old number but I was having issues with Vodafone getting my pac code Liam and Hannah went over and beyond to help me secure my old number

Went in store today to get a new SIM contract deal and was sad to find out the promotion I wanted was available only for new customers.
Faced with my initial disappointment, Hannah and Hansen went the extra mile to ensure I left with the best possible deal. I was satisfied with the alternative and can attest to their absolute stellar customer service. Hannah and Hansen proved that discussing these matters in person is a much improved experience, and one I will always choose over the alternative of online dealings.

She had incredible patience with me as an anxious technophobe and her time was not once an issue.
