Whole process of swapping my phone contract to a business account was a simple and seamless visit. The staff were very friendly and explained each step and the options I had before I committed.

Went in to the shop at st Nicholas…
Went in to the shop at st Nicholas centre Aberdeen as my contract was up in end of November to see how much the new iPhone 17 was going to cost on a contract. Had an iPhone 15 previously and was instructed by Taqs that I could trade in my old phone too which I did. He explained everything very well and clearly and the cost with or without the trade in and was extremely happy with the result so traded in my 15 for the new 17. He also set up the new phone and managed to get my apps all switched over to my new phone when he advised me to come back in an hour. Taqs was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable in the phones and I’m glad I decided to stick with the 3 network. Very happy with my afternoon. Well done and thank youTaqs for your advise and help. Good man👍
