I can say that I dealt with this shop for many years, although I live in western Canada. I highly recommend Dave Townsend as trust worthy person regardless the distance you are shopping from.

Hardy reel
First time I've ordered anything from Thomas Turners.
I struggled a little transferring funds so gave up. Turners rang me and asked if I still wanted to place the order. Certainly I said and was able to do the transaction over the phone.
The follow ups where excellent. The item was posted immediately with tracking and i received it two days later.
Also a follow up to confirm receipt.
