The item I ordered and paid for was unavailable so I was sent a full refund including postage, plus a beautiful alternative free of charge, I can't praise this company enough, everything I have ever ordered has arrived perfectly packaged and always on time .

Purchase was refunded before received as they identified item was sent with a minor fault. I was happy to pay but was told they only sell goods 100% perfect and I could keep item F.O.C.
