I can say that I dealt with this shop for many years, although I live in western Canada. I highly recommend Dave Townsend as trust worthy person regardless the distance you are shopping from.

World Class Customer Service
It's so refreshing to deal with a business who's no.1 priority is world class customer service.
Thomas Turner demonstrated this in spadefulls when I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a reel from them this week.
They really couldn't have done more to ensure that I had the reel I needed, and displayed a level of professionalism and courtesy I havent experienced for many years.
Needless to say, for my future requirements, I will turn to Thomas Turner before all others.
Thank you gentlemen, you have done me a great service.
