Great Experience on multiple occasions
We used Thomas Flavell in the purchase of our first home. We had a great experience using Hiren and Shelley and would highly recommend. They were able to complete all the paperwork in 3 weeks and we were able to move in, within 4 weeks. We are now using them again in the sale of this property and purchase of another, again they have been fantastic and we have been consistently waiting for the buyer’s solicitors and sellers solicitors who have been holding things up. Very fair pricing as well.

Disorganised and clueless.
Disorganised and clueless,seem to be using lots of non lawyers such as paralegals with little experience to pass people from laywer to laywer with. no real understanding of who they need to send you to.
Lawyer at Hinckley agressive and rude when asekd for detailed answers. Very odd firm, feels as though it's set up to make maximum profits by keeping you away from actual lawyers and sending you through various paralegals and other not fullt qulaified legal staff.

The firm do have Paralegals and we can assure you they are experienced in what they do - having Paralegals in a Law firm is standard practice as they assist the Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives. We are sorry you feel you were unable to reach your desired Solicitor. We are happy to discuss this in more detail to understand who you needed to speak to and what the matter was in relation to. Don’t bother trying to get a Will organised from these people
I applied online using their standard form for a will and spent 30 minutes completing all of the required detail. This was three weeks ago. Nobody even bothered calling me back. I chased again via email….Still no reply. I finally phoned today to be told they’re too busy to do it, what a waste of my time. However, probably just as well if this is the kind of sloppy attitude I would experience , i don’t really want them writing my will!

Thomas Flavell and sons (Hinckley branch) dealt with our property purchase. We received an excellent and professional service. All communication was clear and dealt with promptly. Thanks to Matthew and team (namely Elizabeth, Parrice and Amanda). Will definitely be using them again.

Not all conveying solicitors are created equal, which is a shame as if all of them were like Jamie at Thomas Flavel Leamington, buying and selling would be much easier on the nerves!
