My initial contact with Thomas Bradley & Co back in OCTOBER 2024 was very impressive when I started to arrange a Lifetime Trust. I have now paid the full amount of £6000 for the trust but still don't have it and more distressing is that now they don't even return my calls as promised or reply to any of my many emails. I have requested a full refund of my £6000 but they have also ignored this request. I am now liaising with Citizens Advice to acquire my money back as I have lost all trust in dealing with TB & Co even if they we're to now respond to me.

Edited and updated; I called as suggested and was told to write an email. Again. That was a month ago. Still no response.

Spent a few thousand pounds on additional services after using a 'free' will service recommended by my employer. This was 9 months ago and I have received nothing. They ignore emails and, as far as I have seen, have not done any work in months as I am yet to sign anything that is correct. I expect there will be a response to this public complaint simply because it’s public, and if they do, it will be the first time I've heard from them since October 2025. Avoid at all costs. I just want my money back.

Our consultant, Dave, provided exceptional service, thoroughly explaining the critical importance of a Will and Power of Attorney. He demonstrated remarkable patience and understanding while working with my parents, who experience hearing difficulties. The service was completed efficiently and effectively. Thank you

On the 12th February 2026 Richard Brewster from Thomas Bradley & Co came to visit me at my home, to discuss the details of renewing my Will (due to change of personal circumstances)

I have been involved with the legal industry for most of my working life and I found the home visit exceptionally professional and relaxed. This interaction could have been fulfilled by a phone call but Richard was open, relaxed and calm, further it is noteworthy to say that I found his atmosphere extremely open, honest and gentle. As the target market is for the over 50's I feel this "Old School" method of meet and greet is the perfect approach for establishing reassurance and that Richard is the perfect guy for the job.

Do NOT use this service. The quality of the service is poor, they make arrangements to visit and then dont turn up, when you contact them they then say they sent a text, untrue. I asked them to screenshot the text, which they could not as it had not been sent.
Avoid at all costs.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time with the advisor. Informed. Simple. Would be happy to recommend.

This company come out to my house to arrange a free will writing service. The free will didn’t even get discussed by the agent of Thomas Bradley & co he persuaded us to take out a trust will writing service what cost £2994, we decided to go ahead with this and paid £500 deposit the agent said we could pay the rest by instalment which was a lie a week later got an invoice for £2494 has to be paid in full to proceed any further we paid the £2494 in October 2025, I have phoned Thomas Bradley & Co a number of times to be told someone will call you back, but no one has been in touch with me at all from Thomas Bradley & Co I have emailed them a number of times with no response from Thomas Bradley & Co. Thomas Bradley & Co have taken £2994 of me and done nothing for the service I paid for STAY AWAY FROM Thomas Bradley & Co poor service rip you off and never respond back to you, let’s see what response they write to this all I want now is a full refund from this disgusting company
Me & my wife thought we where sorting are finance out for when we pass away for are 4 children and 11 grandchildren but now we’re £2994 out of pocket disgusting disgraceful Thomas Bradley and Co

Absolutely outrageous company to deal with especially when I learned that everything is copied and pasted. My 10 year old could do it with her eyes closed. 6 times I had to send my draft copy back with mistakes all over the show. Not to mention the fact the consultant told me he shouldn't really allow me a free will as I didn't opt in to any paid services along side it. Been waiting 17 months now to receive the will back they just red button whenever I call or pass me from pillar to post. Disgusting company I have read how they treat their staff too diabolical.

Dave Jandu came to my house today he was very friendly and knowledgeable put my mind at rest and the whole process was easier than I thought it would be
I have a disabled daughter with limited capacity and he was great at explaining just what I needed and putting it in place
I am very happy that I can update my will free of charge at any time and that my money is protected

For something as sensitive and important for any person in life to create as a will and provision for a POA..I thought the £1100 I've paid this company would get the job done..how wrong was I. Response to any communication is slow or none existent...my advice do not use this company.

Everything was up front and professional until I opted to exercise my right to cancel within the cooling off period.
No response to email, full of promises over the phone but to no avail. They are either incompetent scammers, or just hoping that the effort I have to put in for them to return my money will put me off! I have reported them as fraudulent to the police.

Dave Jandu from Thomas Bradley came to see me about my will. I was very apprehensive before my appointment as I suffer with anxiety. He took his time explaining everything in detail to ensure I understood everything before proceeding. I did not feel under pressure at any point and feel a load has been lifted off my mind. These guys are only interested in selling you their premium package, they spend ages just qualifying you and removing any objections before going in for the kill.

Looking at the other reviews clearly their after service is awful too.

For context, they came to provide us with a free will writing service through my employer and when I asked them to provide this service they "couldn't login" and would get back to me to sort it out.

Of course they didn't get back to me, the free will was just a ruse to get into my house and pressure me into the upsell.

*UPDATE*
IT'S NOW BEEN OVER 2YRS SINCE MY MUMS PASSING AND NOTHING!! STILL WAITING STILL IGNORED EMAILS AND CALLS FINAL PAPER WAS SENT OVER 8 WEEKS AGO, AFTER BEING TOLD BY THE FINANCE DIRECTOR AND THEY HAD A 6 WEEKS WINDOW TO DISTRIBUTE FUNDS,STILL NO FURTHER FORWARD, STARTING TO THINK THEY'VE SPENT THE MONEY! It's been over 18 months since my mother sadly passed away and we still have no outcome, they send paperwork with names spelt wrong, typed letters with written monatary amounts wrote in, they 'miss place' over 20k of money, then find it after questioning where it went, they do not respond to phone calls or emails, they are stonewalling us.
