Dave Jandu came and immediately made me feel at ease. I had already arranged what i had thoight were my will, powers of attorney and a probate plan, all arranged over the phone, which i was paying for on monthly instalments. On speaking to the company with Daves advice, i was horrified to find it was actually an insurance for pre paid probate where i wouldve been paying MORE than what woud've paid out. With Daves advice, i now have total peace of mind things have been done properly and professionally all face to face. Thank you Dave.

What a fantastic man i had the privilege of meeting today,made me feel very comfortable and took time to break every component down for me .Nothing was too much trouble humble without fault.
I have learnt so much today and went with a policy that works for me .
He loves ❤️ his work and is passionate about the client having peace of mind ,which matters so very much when your life term decisions must be SECURE .

This is an awful company. I signed up for a will and putting my house in trust. The will was 2 pages (give all equally to my siblings - nothing more) after 5 months I still hadnt recieved anything more than a test document to accept or amend. I had to cause a fuss to get anywhere.

Never! Never! Never use this company. if I could give less than 1 star I would

Wish i had researched this better the following is in form of a letter of complaint just to show how bad this company is

I am writing to formally complain about the significant delays and poor service I have experienced regarding my will and Power of Attorney, which I arranged through your company nearly a year ago via the free will service.

At the outset, I met with a salesperson rather than a qualified solicitor and subsequently paid a substantial fee for both services. Despite this, I have yet to receive any completed documentation.

After making several complaints, I eventually received correspondence from your company. However, this contained incorrect information, despite the fact that all details had been accurately provided during my initial consultation. I was then given only seven days to review and return these documents—after already waiting nearly eight months.

I promptly returned the corrected information. It has now been almost four additional months, and I am still no further forward.

Furthermore, when I initially followed up on the delay, I was incorrectly informed that I had an outstanding balance. I responded to confirm that all payments had been made in full and asked that your accounts be checked accordingly.

During a telephone call with your office, I was told that clients qualifying for free wills were being prioritised. While I understand the need to manage workloads, this does not justify the prolonged delay and lack of progress in my case—particularly given that I have paid for these services.

As it now stands, in April 2026, I am still waiting for any resolution.

I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my will and Power of Attorney, along with a clear timeline for completion. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint further.

⁹Never thougt of doing a will at home and can highly recommend anyone to do so. Such a simple undertaking and peace of mind for me knowing there is nothing for family to worry about

Excellent service from Adam

Absolutely appalling service to date, avoid at all costs. I have made numerous calls and emails to this company since early February 2026 in an effort to obtain a mandate form to release my late neighbour's Will, for which I am executor.
To date, I have not received the form, nor have my calls been returned or my emails responded to when requested, let alone as a courtesy. I can only hope my late neighbour did not pay for this excuse of a service.
A formal written complaint to the company was not acknowledged or responded to. My complaint has now been escalated to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission and Society of Will Writers and will be taken further as required.

Adam was great very efficient and kept us right with everything, great service thank you, I would highly recommend 😀

I have started a family trust in May 2025,I have paid nearly £6000, it still not set-up today. Names were spelled wrong numerous times, I had to pay my own postage to sent the corrected paperwork I have spent time on phone call, sending emails, officially complained. No one is taking any notice . Totally useless, unprofessional and disgusting company, I don't what to do next, how do I get anywhere with this company, I have lost so much money

Alan Holmes came out to see us today and talked us through doing our will. He was very informative and talked us through everything. Very friendly and honest guy

I have been meaning to get my Will & Power of attorney for a while now but I am happy to have it sorted. Very happy with the service so far, advisor came to my home, I felt at ease and was happy with the price.

Adam was extremely helpful and understanding and answered all our concerns and dealt with things for us in a professional manner

Dave Newby was really professional gave great advice. I was really anxious but he came out to my house and really reassured me and put me at ease

Update. Last week Friday I spoke to a man who promised to phone me back on Monday, which he did. I was told i would have my documents by that Friday. It is now almost a whole week and again nothing.

Never have i ever been so disappointed in a company. I paid thomas Bradley £4995 on 24 April 2024 to register a trust for me. Since then I have phoned, sent emails, left messages and never received a reply. I have even tried contacting the practice manager but those in charge are protected by the receptionist.

Very polite and helpful man would recommend
