The Wall Lighting Company Anmeldelser

Very beautiful lamp, easy to assemble. Fast delivery. Honest price.

Amazing company! Super Customer service, quick replies and queries answered......and the lights I ordered are of unbelievable quality and look stunning! So so so many compliments! Worth the extra you might pay compared to some other companies, look and feel on another level to other lights I’ve had.

Excellent customer service all round with super fast delivery. Not put up my beautiful light purchase yet, as still waiting for my new shower room to be completed...can't wait.

Beautiful lights , great service

Excellent product, and great service - highly recommend.

Really pleased with the concrete pendant lights. Good quality. Match the sink and breakfast bar seats really well. The lights were well packaged and arrived promptly. I would feel confident in ordering from The Wall Lighting Company Ltd. In future.

Beautiful light and packaged really well- Excellent customer service too! Can’t wait to put it up, a very happy customer!

Delighted with the lights 3 pendant and 2 wall lights for my new kitchen - they are stunning. The lady I spoke to when I telephoned was friendly and helpful. Would recommend the company without hesitation.

Excellent service . Kept in communication . Arrived when expected . Will recommend & use again

Very helpful and great advice to support customers which I found very supportive. Prompt postage and fantastic service when I was worried about the arrival date.
The lights look amazing and are perfect over our table.
Thankyou so much.

Fantastic company! I have been dealing with many suppliers over the last 12 months whilst refurbishing an annexe and I have come across many good and some bad suppliers and some of the best and worst customer service teams. These guys are excellent - they realised that despite my paying for express delivery, the goods were not going to get to me in time and immediately arranged special delivery the following morning and also refunded the cost of my express surcharge. Let's hope that the good companies flourish and that customers vote with their feet when they get bad service.

Really good quality and lovely people who go above and beyond.

I had a faulty bulb and they sent me a new one and I needed the lights delivered within 7 days and they were (and they had to be made) so that’s pretty epic in comparison to made.com and others which take 3-7 weeks..

The quick delivery and good customer service really is a sell point!

Excellent choice, best prices

Attentive, knowledgeable and get the job done! Top quality fittings so far as is the service I have been given. I will certainly use you again. Many thanks.

Very pleased with my lights. Only 4* because they forgot to include the bulbs with the original delivery. That said, customer service were very helpful when I phoned and sorted the issue efficiently.
