Noticed a seemingly "too good to be true" price on an HP Probook 440 G7 laptop, which I thought would make a great pressie for my pal's birthday and msjd to confirm details...Ben couldn't have been more helpful if he'd tried! Sent numerous pics and confirmed it was in excellent condition (it was indeed!) Ordered immediately and received within 48 hrs....Was really impressed with laptop's condition and lightning fast performance..and the confidence of a 12 mo guarantee and great customer service ...my pal was also made up!

Definitely the people to buy from
I bought a 2022 laptop in 2023 it looks like brand-new and it works like brand-new. It had a fresh install of windows 11 with all the updates and was at a bargain price saving me hundreds of pounds. Ben was very helpful with answering all my questions. In the future I will always go to Tech Outlet, and will recommend Tech Outlet to all my friends.

I first made contact early evening out of office hours I received a response later the same evening I reliped and again got a response from Ben early morning before office hours explaining that he would follow up my questions once in the office 2hours later he assured me that the laptop filled all my requirements,I ordered it immediately and it arrived the following day, excellent customer service from Ben highly recommended this business, especially if you deal with Ben, thank you

My apologies that the charger was not immediately visible in the box, we have it behind a cardboard section to avoid any damage to the bubble packaging or the actual laptop in transit. We will start labelling the cardboard to show where the charge is. Many thanks.

I bought from tech outlet and I highly recommend them.
I bought a laptop from tech outlet. It was in exact condition as specified. But it was not charging. I texted them through chat wizard, they acknowledged charger with incorrect wattage somehow got sent so they immediately sent the right charger the same day. Been using it for a month now no issues. You're covered with 1 year warranty. Customer service spot on. What more do you want? I highly recommend buying from techoutlet

Ben was great in answering all my questions, even taking the trouble to weigh the laptop I was interested in.
Then, when I missed that laptop, he looked out for me when another similar one came through, that's the one I bought, and I'm very pleased with it.

You should start using grading system to describe the condition of the product. I did not expect so many scratches on all the surfaces of the laptop I bought.
