Refurbished doesn't mean old as far as we are concerned, we offer recent technology at great value prices, free delivery on everything and a 12 month warranty on everything we sell! We have new stock arriving daily from all the top manufacturers - Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.. We carry extensive stocks of upgrades so if you see a computer you like but want it to have more RAM or a bigger drive then just ask. The majority of our stock is under 1 year old, everything is UK supplied and UK spec. We update every machine we sell so when you get it, just power it on and it will be ready for immediate use. All updates from Microsoft and also from the manufactuer so you won't have the time consuming job of readying your new computer, we do it all for you. The laptops we stock range in price from under £200, to the high end machines costing over a £1,000, the majority being around the £300 to £500 mark. Every machine we sell represents excellent value, should you find the same model available elsewhere for less then just let us know, if we can beat it then we will.

Great Laptop, Great Customer Service
The Tech Outlet customer service was very friendly and advised me that my laptop would be delivered next day when I telephoned them to ask when I would receive delivery of my purchase, due to confusion regarding delivery dates shown on their website.
The laptop itself looked brand new rather than refurbished, and started up very quickly when powered on. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

First-class customer service
Really excellent service from start to finish. I chose an HP PC and asked whether an HP Care Plan was applicable. Not only did Ben go out of his way to find out, but he also registered the Plan for me. Unfortunately, the PC did not suit me (no fault of the Tech Outlet), so I needed to return it. The returns process was flawless and the refund was instant. This is an excellent company which I would recommend unconditionally to anyone.

Buying a laptop can be a minefield! not in this case!
Really clear information about the available laptops. I am not really very techy and it was so easy.
When the laptop arrived it was as described, I just switched it on and it was ready to go.
I had one query, which I emailed to the helpline, got a response within 10 minutes, problem solved.
Great value for money, very happy customer who would highly recommend you. Thankyou Sue

Dell latitude 3420
Very happy with purchase and as promised it had been updated. It is a heavy laptop compared to the HP pavilion I have replaced, as it was incapable of upgrading to Windows 11.
Dell has back-light keyboard. Was described as " new open box" and discount was good. Laptop arrived well packaged. 12 month guarantee, majority is with Dell and balance Tech Outlet.
