A business that really cares!
In a world of retail mediocrity The Teak Store shines with brilliance in how it treats its customers.
From my initial request for additional product information to taking delivery of my purchase, I can only praise The Teak Store for exceptional Customer Service.
Richard responded to my emails with surprising speed and took every care to address my needs.
I reside in Northern Ireland and often feel that I live on another planet as many GB suppliers snub N.I. business by refusing to deliver here.
The Teak Store treated me as if I was just around the corner and handled my order with careful attention and professionalism.
I will buy from them again and have already recommended them to a number of people.
Well done and thank you Richard.

Sissinghurst Lutyen Bench
Richard first got in touch to arrange delivery date. We have given 5 stars although we did not receive the bench on the arranged date. Communication was prompt in informing us of a change of delivery and we got our beautiful Sissinghurst Lutyen bench first thing the next day. Very pleased with the bench excellent quality. Richard carried the bench into place on the lawn and also gave us a bench cushion as compensation for delay in delivery. RF
