Spoke today with Martha who was really helpful and replied back straight away she was polite and managed to sort my problem out for me verry good customer service rating thank you verry much hope you have a nice Christmas miss Murphy

There was a delay with the delivery of a mattress and discovered it had been lost in transit. I contacted The Sleep People and a fantastic customer service representative, Martha, sorted out the issue immediately and gave me an option for refund or replacement. I'm happy to say I received the replacement mattress yesterday. Thank you Martha. You are a credit to your company!

Looks like I'm not the only one that had issues with the Wowcher deal lol - like others have mentioned, I too was lucky enough to get through to Martha who helped to get everything sorted quickly and kept me informed. Clearly their customer service is a vast improvement on that of Wowcher. Waiting for the goods to arrive now but my faith has been restored thanks to Martha.

I ordered a mattress from the sleep people. I was really happy with how fast it arrived. unfortunately, I have a bad back from an accident I had a while back and I didn't know exactly how the mattress would treat it, after a couple of days I realised that it wasn't doing me any good.
I politely asked for a refund and within an hour or so and after sending them some pictures they were happy to do that for me.
Martha Swift who is a customer service administrator helped me through the process and I would just like to thank her and give her top marks for service.
I Would definitely use the service again.

The customer service given by Martha was the best I have ever received. She was extremely helpful and kind at what was a very difficult time for me personally as I had ordered the mattress for my father who passed away suddenly before the mattress was even delivered. Martha processed my refund quickly and was sympathetic to my situation. Customer service like this makes internet shopping a more human experience. Thank you so much

A big shout out to Martha Swift Administrator, Customer Service Department at The Sleep People Ltd. I inadvertently placed an order twice, after an initial question that she answered straight away. Martha prevented the order going out twice and told me how to obtain a refund, which is progressing in a forward direction. How refreshing to have a person in a Customer Service Department putting the customer first (and was my mistake entirely), and so promptly. More Martha's in the workplace please, you have a cracking member of staff - The Sleep People Ltd! I will be recommending your company.

I'm having trouble with a purchase made through B&Q. Basically, my mattress looks like it won't be here before I go on holiday. I contacted The Sleep People and spoke with a very helpful and pleasant person called Martha. She's the first person to offer me a proper explanation and solution options, with actual dead lines. Big thank you Martha. 😊
