The customer service, is totally respectful; and oriented to satisfaction.
The quality of the products is exceptional; and we have found many great uses for the Tartan Rugs.
As a Disney Designer (Retired); I have discovered that these products eliminate wasteful plastic products on the market. I have purchased from them for years; and EVERYDAY finds me wishing for more of their great line of fine wool products.

Purchased a sash from the Scotland Kilt Company, it was just what I needed as I had a green outfit and the Irish design was perfect. It was a great length, the price was excellent and it arrived on time. What more can you ask for? By the way the staff were so helpful!

Fantastic service, great value and excellent quality.Wanted to purchase a complete kilt outfit, and had a few queries re sizing, they were quickly able to answer my queries, even carrying out my request to measure the sole length of the Brogues, to help me get the correct size, efficient next day delivery (had to make a call as forgot to select this when placing order) and they were able to sort out, outfit arrived less than 24 hours later, and fit perfectly thanks to support and advice.

I have two beautiful ladies kilts made to measure from this company. I have always wanted a real Scottish kilt since I was a child, and had one then. I had a few questions about the measurements and tartan etc. all my questions were answered by the friendly staff, such a nice company to deal with. They both fit perfectly and are so well made. I chose two gorgeous Canadian tartans and one was a special order for deeper pleats. The workmanship is amazing, all hand stitched, but you can't see a single stitch. I am so pleased with them both and would highly recommend the Scotland Kilt Company to all who love things tartan and more. Two truly beautiful garments and many other items to choose from. If I could give more than five stars I would.

I bought two knee rugs/blankes on two separate occasions and sent them to different addresses. Both arrived within days and the receivers both think they are soft and attractive, authentic tartan blankets. We'll buy one for ourselves too!

Absolutely awesome kilt! Fits absolutely perfect, I'm ex army/pipe band and know a good kilt when I see one! Has a proper swagger swing with excellent pleats in and the material is amazing as well! Great communication and company and I'd recommend 💯 % I still play the pipes and when talking to tourists from all over the world they compliment my kilt and I tell them to use the Scotland kilt company.

Picked up kilt after being measured up, got to wedding , no shirt, no waistcoat, sporran to small.
Frantickly got stiff I required got £25 refund, was not a happy teddy bear
