Do not leave luggage in storage with this corrupt hotel!, on picking up my luggage I was horrified to see that security lock and Id tag had been forcibly removed and luggage obviously opened, tried to contact manager by email and phone, without success, I'll say no more on that, except why the evasivness!, well I think that speaks for itself, they have lost me as what I thought was a valued customer, obviously not!

Took my wife and she loves this place! Entire family gather every year in London. Never change , this is a staple of everything great about our country.

Took my mum out for christmas afternoon tea. The food was great and mum loved it.

To have lunch in the Savoy Grill is a great experience. The ambience, decor, service and food is exemplary. My nephew and I enjoyed a very tasty meal (Beef Wellington for him and Cod for me) from the set festive menu. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, plus the hotel was beautifully decorated. A memorable day!

My partner and I celebrated 25 yrs together and so booked a Saturday overnight stay at The Savoy, Patrick at the reception made our arrival seamless and whilst showing us to our room explained a little of the hotel’s history and then a most wonderful surprise, the hotel had given us a huge upgrade to the Winston Churchill personality suite which was beautifully appointed. The Valet parking service was for the overnight and very reasonable and far more convenient in my opinion compared to catching trains, taxis, tipping etc. The bed and pillows are superb so much so I stripped the pillow cases off to see the manufacturer’s label and will be purchasing some for home use ! Be warned if you wish to sample a cocktail or two in the American Bar make a reservation as it is not popular without good reason

Went there on Friday for my Mothers 80th Lunch. Got there a little early and asked where we could go and get a cup of tea before our lunch. We are flatly told that there was no where that this could happen... in the Savoy... Astonished really. Then when we had our lunch the soup was stone cold and had to be sent back to be heated up. Staff were nonchalant and really didn't seem bothered about helping us. Quite a shock considering this was supposed to be one the best hotels in London and we really were looking forwsrd to the day. I can assure you its not. The Ritz and the The Lanesborough really are head and shoulders above this place. We'll not be back.

I stayed here many years ago & it was great. This time I’ve got a room booked for New Years Eve, flying in from my home in Australia only this time, I’ve paid, they say they haven’t got any reservations for me, take days & days to answer emails if at all (2 have never been answered) I keep ringing from Australia & the phone rings out on the reservation number or if I dial the other number I’m on hold forever & end up hanging up as nobody answers!! I’m am so sick of this & their lack of communication. It’s the Savoy for gods sake, the lack of service is at a whole new level! I’m furious!

Credit where credit is due. After the technology twice denied me my booking, Megi contacted me and got us a table at the original time.
We had a fabulous time celebrating my wife's retirement.

I would like to leave a review about the Savoy Hotel but unfortunately the gift voucher we received for a three course meal could not be redeemed because the restaurant is closed even though we were booking for July. Apparently it’s Gordon Ramsey’s fault. Why do companies sell gift vouchers when they are not going to honour them ?

Stayed here for 2 nights couldn’t fault it absolutely first class from start to finish, couldn’t fault anything thank you to Marta for check in and the room was amazing,
Breakfast was very good lots of choice and poached eggs cooked to perfection, ate in the savoy grill again excellent five star can’t wait to return

Having visited the savoy several times, evening drinks, dinner, afternoon tea and even having the privilege of staying there, we have always had a first class experience. However last nights experience has left a rather bitter taste and in future we will explore other options.
We arrived for a late night cocktail and on walking to the bar a member of staff, tall Asian girl raced ahead of us, I never like to leave a bad review but she was dammed right rude. Rather than ask if she could help she stood there with a rather smug smile. I asked if we could have a table for two, she asked us if we were staying at the hotel so she could arrange drinks to our room, we replied unfortunately on this occasion we were not. Even if we were we would have arrange room service if that is what we wanted. All we wanted was a night cap and there were empty tables. If these were being saved for residents then fair enough, maybe some staff training for the young girl on how to deal with customers in a polite manner. All she had to say was sorry we have no availability this evening, simple. No power trip.
For many years I have felt intimidated going into five star hotels and over the past few years I have grown to realise my money is as good as anyone else’s. But last night experience will lead us to exploring other high end hotels who want our money and want to share a good customer service experience with
us.
My father when coming to England his first job was at the savoy hotel so there is a family connection to this hotel, but this one experience from a member of staff who clearly needs training on the ‘customer experience’ has ended our savoy experience on a rather negative note.

Myself and my partner booked Thames Foyer for Christmas dinner this year and it was just magical from start to finish.
The food was beautiful along with the atmosphere and the service was next to none!!

We will be back next year for Christmas dinner!

I have recently been for afternoon tea at the Thames foyer. I have to say the experience both times have been very relaxing. The last time 21/12/21 I just happened to say it was near my birthday hence coming back so soon. I got a nice surprise. We had a little mix up about the end bill but everything was sorted without drama. All the staff were fabulous

I went to pickup my VIP customer on 3/7.pickup point is unsafe and not enough space . The concierge was unprofessional and rude manners.

Good - we’ve stayed a few times now. Enjoyed the ambience and the great effort of the butlers and maids.
Great pool - especially because through covid you get it all to yourself for a time slot and the staff are so friendly.
It’s always been our ‘go to’ for destressing, food and smiles. The door staff, concierge, reception are all just wonderful people. Thanks for having us many times - we can’t wait to see you next time :)

Most dissapointing !!!
My wife and I were married at the Savoy 25 years ago and told by the management then that we would be invited back to spend the night as their guests for our 25th , when I contacted customer services they hadnt heard of this and therfore wouldnt honour it !!, so instead I booked the Savoy Grill for my wife's birthday last night,I was told that the valet parking was £16.50 , infact it was £26.50 when I collected the Car, the food was excellent ,however both mine and my wifes hands were covered in silver polish from the cuttlery, the manager did appologise and sent some wipes, but no complimentary drink !!! poor poor show Gordon !

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Great staff and great service.

Nice Hotel, Polished experience, Good check in & breakfast arrangements. Loved entire experience.
