The Plumber Anmeldelser

Speedy response and completed the job within 24 hours as quoted

I had a small leak on my hand basin. I contacted Tom who said he couldn’t come immediately but would come out the next day, Saturday morning, and that he would contact me to let me know when he would be there. True to his word he rang, he came and fixed the problem. He was friendly and extremely helpful explained what he needed to do and why

Great level of service, I've used Tom on multiple occasions and I have never been disappointed by his professionalism and of course charges.

Tom recently replaced a kitchen tap for me. The job was done very quickly with no mess and he even took a look at an unrelated issue while he was there. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The original fittings were 40 years old and difficult to remove. However, Tom overcame the well-seized up securing nuts without scratching or damaging the bath and basin. Installation of new items was problem free. I will be using Tom Robertson / The Plumber in future.

The plumber was courteous and polite. He took time to explain the issues we were facing. He was very tidy after undertaking the required work

He did a very good job even though he couldn’t find out where the water was running from
