The Plumber Anmeldelser

Tom goes above & beyond to provide a quality and reliable service. We have used him on several occasions and always been highly satisfied with the service he provides. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tom is really helpful and he’s been supporting us with plumbing issues for many years.

I recently had a stressful situation after being informed by the water company that I had a leak somewhere on my property. I contacted The Plumber, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely helpful, and showed real determination to get to the bottom of the issue.

From the moment he took the job, he took ownership of the problem and guided me through every step of the process. What could have been a nightmare became completely manageable thanks to his calm approach and clear communication.

His professionalism and commitment stood out, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, dedicated plumber.

On time good quality work honest

Two words honest and relaible. I had a leak in my toilet which was coming through the tiles. When i contacted tom and explained what was happening he more or less diagnosed what he thought it could be and gave me two prices. He arrived on time and the job was done quick. He cleaned up after himself and gave a very fair price. I will use tom again for any plumbing jobs and and i would give him 11/10. Good honest and reliable plumber that wont try and pull your eyes out. Highly recommended

Such a wonderful man. He quoted me a price and stuck to it, unlike my previous plumber, so he will now be my family plumber.

Very amiable. Honest review and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, polite, excellent work and a good price. Highly recommended.

Good pricing, good service, friendly, considerate and work performed as planned. Always replies and keeps you informed.

I have given four stars for this service, as I feel one small detail could be improved on.
Full details should be provided for customer of all the parts needed for the agreed job.
I have used Tom the plumber several times to date, and I trust him and the quality of the work he does explicitly- so normally I would give him a 5 star service?
But as this review might be seen by prospective customers, I feel this small detail of providing a full parts list to the customer prior to the work, would be to the advantage of the business!
Best Regards, Mr M G Finley
