Petshop Postie is an independent, family run pet shop supplying food, treats and all you need for your dogs, cats, small animals, wild birds, horses and poultry. We are based in Greenock on the west coast of Scotland, but we deliver across the UK with our courier service. We also have a local van delivery service across Inverclyde, West Renfrewshire and some Glasgow postcodes. Our favourite thing is to meet our customers, so please pop into our shop if you are passing and you can browse our great selection, remembering that as an independent Pet Shop we stock brands not always available at your larger pet stores. Most of the products we stock are online, but please get in touch if you don't see what you want and we'll do our best to get it for you.

I love this company
I love this company. They always go above and beyond.
I often haven't realised I have used the last scoops of dog food (as it is a huge 15kg bag in a dark storage box) and Petshop Postie go out of their way to get it delivered to me the next day.
When I call they are always polite, friendly and helpful.

Excellent, prompt and fuss-free service. Also a big plus that they use DPD, not Evri as their courier..

The personal service is excellent
The personal service is excellent. I made an error when buying the usual dog food online and, because it was different, had a phone call to check this was correct. Sorted in 5 minutes. Well done Petshop Postie and thank you.

Petshop Postie always despatch the items promptly within 2 days. They always offer a discount on each order too. Really pleased with their service.

Not the right doorstep!
The delivery man left the heavy bag outside my neighbour's front door instead of mine, which was further to walk. Perhaps he was unsure how to find my home which is behind my neighbours. I did put detailed instructions on the order. These need passing on to the delivery company

Everytime we reorder our dog food with Petshop postie the quality of the product is always first class and the service and delivery is second to non. The service is excellent.
Delivery super quick.
One time when I had an issue with my delivery I was able to phone the company and speak to someone who was able to completely solve my problem.
I will always use this company for dog food. :-)
