I strongly recommend this company. My dog bed it is nearly 7 years old. Looks like new.

I ordered a dog bed and asked if it would be possible to have it delivered quickly . They got back to me straight away and said they would look into it as they usually make the beds and takes 2 weeks . They delivered the bed the next day . Absolutely brilliant and my daughter’s dog loves it . Thank you so much

Wanted a piece of material to mend a dog bed and received exactly what I needed very quickly.

It’s hard to get decent dog blankets which aren’t too plush, keep an old dog warm, reasonable price etc. Earthbounds stitched blankets are just the thing and I’ve bought a couple. I did contact them as I wasn’t send a first order discount as promised and they responded immediately and sent one. All in all very happy.

I contacted the team because the bed I purchased was starting to show signs of wear. Rita was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even pointed out that they sell replacement covers, which I found both surprising and amazing.
It’s great to see a company offering solutions that help extend the life of their products. Because of this excellent customer service and the high quality of their beds, I’ll definitely continue buying my dog beds from this company. They’re a lovely team and clearly care about their customers and their products.

Our dogs love these beds so much we now have three of them. Indeed, we only managed to persuade one of them to move out of the human bed by presenting her with her very own Earthbound round bed. And we humans love them too - they are super tough, easily wipe-downable and very good looking! We've had one for about five years now and it looks almost as good as new, despite having lived through 3 puppies. We wouldn't buy any other dog bed.

I needed a new filler for the cushion bed that I use when we go away. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but customer support were super helpful and sent out the correct size very quickly, in time for my black lab to have it when we go away shortly. Thank you so much.

We were looking for waterproof dog beds for our two black labradors who often get wet and muddy. We purchased two extra large Earthbound waterproof dog beds (101cm x 72cm) from My Pet Warehouse on 5/11/24. Recently I noticed that the waterproof material is starting to disintegrate and leave small plastic circles on the interior cushion. I contacted Earthbound but they were not helpful and said that as the beds are out of the one year warranty they couldn't help further. I am just disappointed that what I expected to be a superior product has not lasted longer and I will not be buying their products again. Not even a reduction on a new pair of dog beds.

My contact with Earthbound was via email. The communication and service was very timely with friendly tones. Following my order being placed I was informed of times and dates for delivery. My feedback is just keep doing what you're doing, it works and I certainly appreciated the service.

Our elderly dog loves this bed and it has helped her arthritis as the lovely thick cushions and walls means she is no longer stiff when getting out of bed. Really pleased with the quality and happy to give 5 stars

It took more than 3 weeks to get the replacement cushion, and when I did get it it the colour was a different shade of grey to the bed I had.

Red loves her new bed, she's had an earthbound bed for the last 4 years, but we wanted another for the bedroom. She looks pretty cosy, and loves resting her head on the wide padded edges.

Added to that, I misread the 15 day delivery (didn't realise it was working days), and booked a last minute holiday. I contacted EarthBound, they moved my order up the schedule and had it with me by the end of the week and a couple of days before we go away.

It was time for our dog to get a more cozy dog bed after moving him from California to the UK. We have received the bed today after about 2.5 weeks placing our order and the dog is not getting out of it! He loves it so much! Now I’m getting him a matching blanket too. High quality material, highly recommend it!
