The Pass People Anmeldelser

Fantastic company that does exactly what they say they are gong to do!
After a really poor experience with another company I used these guys - immediate responses to emails, constant communication and support. The instructor I was paired with - Edvard was absolutely fantastic and put my mind at rest instantly that I wasn't to have an unpleasant experience.
I would recommend these guys to anyone!!!

What a great experience from start to finish. Great effort from those behind the scenes getting things booked in. And thank you so much to Bryan my instructor what a guy!

The Pass People are incredible. Prompt communication every time. They booked an instructor and test day with ease. My daughter passed her test first time. Highly recommend

Quick replies and well organised, 100% recommended

I am so glad I chose to go through The Pass People! They supported me through my theory test, arranged for me to have a great instructor on an intensive course and booked my test for me. It was great using their services because they gave me encouragement and found me an instructor that I wouldn't have found without them. They sent me a good luck message and were genuinely pleased for me when I passed! Using an automatic car, driving intensively, having a good instructor and a quiet, early morning test made all the difference for me. I was worried that I might never pass, as I have disabilities, but they made reasonable adjustments for me. My instructor was calm, positive and friendly and he adapted his methods of teaching to meet my specific needs! This really has changed my life!

I booked 12 hours of lessons and a driving test with the pass people. I have never used a service like this before. I originally phone them to enquire about their services and was really pleasantly surprised. The pass people have always been excellent at communicating with me, kind and helpful. They matched me with an amazing instructor, Lloyd Chidaushe. He was so kind, patient and an amazing teacher. I couldn’t have asked for more in an instructor. I have now passed my driving test! I had a really positive experience with the pass people. If you need help getting a test I would highly recommend.

I called them for a test booking and they were able to secure a date within hours.

Very professional, quality service.

Fantastic people, company and instructors.
Thank you for all your help, support and encouragement so my daughter could pass her driving test, after being let down by previous instructor, 2 weeks before her test.
Her instructors were so friendly, professional and encouraging to my daughter, she thoroughly enjoyed her driving lessons again and couldn't have passed without them.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Massive thank you again.

My test was found really quick, I heard back almost instantly when I initially booked about finding a test. They also found my instructor Lyndsey very quickly who was lovely and helped me pass first time ! The whole process was from about May- July

Martin helped me find a driving instructor in a real small timeframe, due to this I was able to get what I needed and passed first time.

Thank you Martin & Lloyd

Lloyd was amazing! Passed first time taking my test today and couldn’t have wanted a better instructor or experience!

Super friendly and helpful team. They were the only company that were willing and able to find me a test in the time I wanted. They kept me updated throughout the process. They paired me up with an AMAZING driving instructor (Satpal), who took me from being really anxious on the roads to prepared and confident. Thank you for all your help!

Trying to book a test seems an impossible task, the pass people got me one within 5 days of paying, contacted them on Wednesday got booked in the following Monday so very fast and very helpful

Made my son feel more confident and not nervous, would highly recommend

Amazing service, got my son’s test booked quickly, friendly yet professional I highly recommend!!!

Very good response and they will help secure the dates and place you want

Fantastic service. I’ve been struggling to get a test for 5 months. This company achieved it in a day

brilliant customer service, super quick responses!

Excellent customer service, The Pass People managed to find me a fantastic instructor and book my driving test in less than a month despite the test center being fully booked until next year. Very impressed with their service and any questions I had were answered immediately and they gave full support the whole way through my lessons right up to my test date. I can highly recommend The Pass People for anyone looking to start their lessons and to pass their driving test
