Anfang 2024 habe ich noch sehr gute Erfahrungen mit dem Shop gemacht. Da hatte ich leider das Problem, dass am Gurt meiner Tasche kurz nach dem Auspacken etwas kaputt ging. Mir wurde ziemlich gut geholfen und ich konnte einen Kompromiss mit dem Support schließen. Die Antwortzeiten waren auch sehr gut.

Nun im März 2026 habe ich mir Schuhe bestellt und habe mich auch darauf gefreut, aber es kam bisher überhaupt nichts. Keine Statusmeldung, Keine Sendungsverfolgung, Nichts. Ich habe den Support mehrfach kontaktiert, sei es über die Website oder direkt per Mail. Nichts. Keine Rückerstattung, Keine Antwort.

Ich bin echt enttäuscht und verstehe nicht, warum der Shop sich nun entschieden hat zu scamen...

I ordered a jersey in December 2025 and now it's 19 February 2026 and it never arrived and the problem is that no one is answering my emails about this problem and DHL can't provide me any informations about it . They are not serious enough to even respond to the dozen emails that I sent to them. I strongly discourage everyone from buying products from this website if they want it to even arrive.

First time I ever purchased from this business and will definitely be the last!! I needed to return the item, it was too small. I emailed to return as the website said to do, and never received a response. I emailed both emails and I emailed several times. I will never ever buy from this company again.

I ordered a Zip up hoodie in November and received a confirmation of order email straight away. Since I have had no updates on my order and and have emailed and contacted them Via there website multiple times and still have not received any response back. It has now been over 2 months. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! this is a scam

No product. No communication.
Reported company to trading standards and government house.
Avoid at all costs.

The package was damaged and it was a very long waiting time for it to arrive.

I reached out to you all three times to try and do a return and no one ever replied.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The clothing, the tracking and the delivery date. The quality of items are the same as what any other online retailers are selling but the uniqueness of their designs is unmatched.

ho fatto un ordine di 2 maglie dal sito il 18 agosto ad oggi 2 settembre non sono ancora arrivate.
mi è stato inviato una mail dove dicevano che poteva tracciare il mio pacco ma quando vado al sito ed inserisco il codice della spedizione mi dice nessuna informazione disponibile.
contattata più volte l'assistenza MAI ricevuta una risposta.
