I am very happy with the alflorex and zenflore I purchased. I've successfully made a very good tart think creamy greek type yoghurt from the little bugs. I'm doing this to increase the number in the hopes that the bugs will take up residence themselves and I'll not need to keep taking the supplement forever to have the benefit. Thank you to all the people who studied, researched, developed and brought this health enhancing product to market, much appreciated.
