Oh my gosh, where do I start? First of all, the email response that I get, is unbelievable! They are a company that is very quick to respond, help and get you what you need in a hurry. It’s great! Ive been influenced by Mandi on TicToc, she drinks her loaded tea every morning. She makes it look so good that I had to try it. I literally ordered it less than a week ago and it already arrived, I’ve been like a little puppy at the door just waiting for it because I have been so excited! So, I made my first one and OH MY GOODNESS, it is incredible just like Mandi says it is! I tried the Cherry Bomb and liked it sooo much, I now am drinking Bahama Mama!! I have already put in another order! I just want to say, you guys are wonderful and I’m very blessed to have come across this because now I can drink the water that I need in my body as well as get all these vitamins that I need too! Thank you for being you!! I appreciate you and LOADED TEA! ❤️

I've only got to order twice and the first order I order like four or five packets and they're really good oh my gosh one I don't really really like a Candy crush I couldn't wrap my head around like a strawberry lemonade thing but I gave him a daughter and oh my God she loves it too so now we've got loaded teas and I got the ambassador thing and it's great I feel a whole lot better than I was I having drinking vitamin water and it was good to have our carbs but now diabetic and I'm high blood pressure and I can't drink those things and there's a lot of carbs so and I saw this and I said oh you know I'm going to give it a try and it was so good and I love cotton candy flavor I love Bahama Mama I really enjoy it and I ordered my other pack and I got it today and a cotton candy want to exploded in the bag it's all over everything but that's okay and y'all are great and I thought I was just going to get my recovery of the one that busted and y'all got me a goodie packet so I cannot wait to try it and my daughter she's so excited so I really appreciate it. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

After my first order got misdirected by our back hill post office, Ashley worked so quick to get me a replacement order. But one of my choosen flavors wasn't available. So I replaced it with Chillin Cherry. As soon as it arrived I had to try it. WOW! When they said it would taste just like a cherry icee, they were not kidding. It was soooo good. I remember getting cherry icees when I was a kid, and this taste just took me back.
I would also like to say Ashley's customer service is the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She is terrific. I sent my first email to customer service on a Sunday, not expecting anything until Monday. But she replied to my email within a couple of hours, (on a Sunday). Now that is dedication to making your customers happy.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I recently moved and I placed an online order and forgot to edit my address. I didn’t realize it until the order was showing as delivered ( but was returned back to The loaded tea company). I sent them a quick email and they responded very quickly and not only are they sending my order to my new address they are also throwing in a couple extra packets! Hands down amazing customer service!

Great flavors it’s an awesome way to get some protein and collagen and extra vitamins and customer service is wonderful.

I have purchased multiple orders without a problem until today. I immediately reached out to customer service and the problem was solved immediately. They didnt ask me a million questions or make me wait. They handled promptly. I absolutely love TLTS, every product, and would recommend them to anyone. And now I know their customer service is top notch as well!

I love The Loaded Tea Shop’s products!!! They taste amazing and are loaded with good for you stuff. Their customer service is spot on. They don’t make you wait for a response. Very timely.

The getting back to me promptly when my item was messed up. Not having to wait to make it right. The taste and quality of the mix. So far I love everything about it.

I received my third order today and out of 15 packs 7 of them did not have even half as much of the mix in them. They were not opened or leaking at all. I emailed the company and they replied right away and are going to send me 7 replacement packets as well as 2 free ones. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. Also, I love these teas and am addicted!

They have the best customer service and are very quick to respond. I had a problem with one of my orders and they immediately contacted me and are making it right. You can't get this type of customer service these days, and I appreciate their commitment to their customers.

The Loaded Teas have been a valuable part of my health journey, not only have I’ve been able to replace energy drinks, but I have increased my water intake. I am a breast cancer survivor and have lost 100 lbs using a GLP. This product has made a huge difference in my energy levels and gut health. The customer service is top notch! I am thankful to have found the Loaded Tea shop!

This company has the absolute best customer service. My new favorite is Strawberry Kiss. This drink taste like a pink Starburst and is giving me Watermelon Rock Candy vibes (my favorite) so Strawberry Kiss is my 2nd favorite flavor. You gotta try these packets.

My shipment looked like they just balled up the packets and stuffed them in the bag and didn’t even seal the bag. One packet was open, powder was everywhere and my order was wrong. I can’t find any way to contact the company. Their email doesn’t work and there is no contact on their website. This was my 3rd order and now I won’t be a returning customer.

I want to say that I LOVE LOADED TEA!!! Now dnt get me wrong there are two flavors that I dnt care for but to each their own. I order at least two to three times a week because my husband tries to steal mine all the time. I want to say Thank You to them for making something for diabetic's. If you haven’t tried it WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR!! You will find a flavor that you will love… sending nothing but love and support all the way from TEXAS!

This company is fantastic. Not only is their product delicious they have the most responsive customer services I have EVER dealt with. Solid 10/10 I recommend to everyone I talk to.

I started using these because my life probably can't keep up with 1 energy drink a day (minimum) that I was doing, and I honestly felt I was at the point I could slurp on a powerline and take a nap. Then Loaded Tea entered the chat and had a sale that I thought "let's try". One packet (in my big tumblr I refill throughout the day) had me feeling amazing! I thought it could be coincidence, but I got a few more anyways. Not coincidence -- pure loaded teas. I have even found myself being more regular with bathroom routines which I honestly would have taken an act of congress. Anyways, I was already hooked but then I accidentally ordered almost $100 worth of teas -- totally didn't mean to, but was 100% my bad. I emailed to see if I could cancel and get a refund. Not only did they offer me to keep my products, and give a small refund, but still gave me a FULL refund when I declined, and then topped it off and gave me a discount for my next purchase. This Queen literally said "Let me pay for YOUR mistake, and save you monies next time". She was so kind and pleasant to work with. Not once did I feel like she was upset that I had messed up. This interaction alone made a bestie for life and has me wanting to support this company as best as I can. Just not when I accidentally buy double what my budget allowed for. ;)

I love the teas! And, I had a question about the various offers and they helped me get the best one for me. I got an immediate response and a positive outcome. It makes me want to support this business as well as treat myself to the teas. I am finally drinking enough fluids on the GLP-1; without the teas, I was getting a bit dehydrated.

I am a 72 year old woman on the Glp1 bridge program. I just want to shout out to the Loaded Tea Shop for their product. I never drank enough water until now. I was always addicted to sugar and could not give up soda. I didn't like the after taste of any diet drinks until now. I love these teas. They keep me from snacking durning the day and the natural caffeine gives me the energy I need through the day without the gritters. I am loosing weight that I could never loose before because of sugar. The Loaded Tea Shop has been just what I needed.
If you have problems giving up sugar or not being able to drink enough water give their product a chance. I havent found a flavor I don't like, and their discounts makes them more affordable.
I hope they never stop making them.
