The Loaded Tea Shop Anmeldelser

So as an original California girl who moved to Kentucky I was introduced to Loaded Teas. Moved back to California and there are no loaded tea shops here so finding The Loaded Teas Shop was a huge blessing!! Their teas are amazing! Their customer service is awesome, and super helpful and always make things right even when it’s my error! Love this company. Other companies could take a lesson on customer service from this team.

Had a little problem with my first order . PayPal refused to help , but I then contacted The Loaded Tea team and they were quick to respond - super friendly and quite generous in resolving the issue …even w a free tea packet as a throw in . WOW ! I can’t wait for my new stash to indulge in. Thanks LTShop - your customer service and efforts are greatly appreciated / Emmett P

Great customer service! Love the taste!

Delicious!!! And as someone with PMOS, they have helped me feel more like myself. More energy with ZERO anxiety, unlike energy drinks. They've also helped with cravings and bloating. Love love love them and will continue to buy from thus company. We're on our second order now and love the new flavors that keep coming out, as well as the staples.

I’ve tried other loaded teas and this one is my favorite! Great selection, vitamins and aloe, no artificial colors and AMAZING customer service. Like I’ve never had customer service like this where they immediately get back to you. I had usps lose my order and they shipped a new order again for free. Cannot recommend enough! I don’t even miss coffee anymore!

This drink mix is the BEST STUFF ever. There is always a way to save $$. Lots of flavors… I LOVE ALL but the ones with cinnamon. I like cinnamon so it’s me ….. AWESOME customer service, FAST SHIPPING. Highly recommended

I love Loaded Tea! Since I started drinking it April 2026, I have quick my soda habit. I drank a Diet Mt. Dew every morning. Now, to be honest, soda doesn’t really taste very good to me anymore.

Order received the day it was quoted, which was fairly quick from the order date. They immediately (as in, within 10 minutes of emailing them the issue/question) resolved the issue I had. I haven't tasted all of the flavors yet, but I mixed up cotton candy packet right away (as that flavor was the reason I ordered) and it tastes delicious! I didn't drink much because it's bedtime and I didnt want to drink caffeine before bed since I got it to drink while at work anyway, but I'm excited that it tastes so good! Can't want to try the others!

Excellent customer service!! They were truly understanding and had an immediate solution to my issue. Hands down a great experience and will continue to shop with The Loaded Tea. Thank you for turning disappointment into an exciting experience.

These loaded tea are so good. It gives you energy. I am a food server and it really helps and it keeps me going all day and I drink more water with it. I really believe in these teas thank you loaded tea and they are healthy

Fantastic product and couldn't have been more helpful when contacted with questions. Replaced some of my order with absolutely no issues even having to send a second time because the replacement went missing somewhere on their end. Will absolutely purchase again and recommend you give it a try noting that I use in twice the recommended amount of water as it's far too sweet otherwise. I am normally very fussy with artificial sweeteners and don't have the aftertaste when extra water is used.

A friend of mine introduced me to the loaded tea company....I was not sure until my first order....I was hooked. The flavor is amazing and you can add as much or as little as you want to make a perfect drink.
Once I received my second order there was a small issue I reached out to the company and had a quick response that was helpful and actually nice !.....absolutely love thos company and will continue to share with my friends !!!

I have been ordering Loaded Teas for a while now and have never been unhappy with the flavors or the amount of time it takes to get delivered.
I just received my order and there was one missing. I contacted them and was pleasantly surprised at the quick and friendly response. Very happy experience.

I love this product. Clean energy, great taste. Awesome customer service and response time. Found them in Costco sampling.

I love these teas! I am an elementary school teacher, and the teas provide me energy to get through even the toughest days. The customer service is top notch. I have recommended the loaded teas to many of my teacher besties. I will continue to order, especially when the new flavors drop!

5 out of 5 I would give 6 if I could. The products are great and the customer service is absolutely top notch. I will continue to be a loyal and trusted customer as well as an everyday advocate!!! I love my Loaded Teas!!!! 💯❤️

What is not to love! The drinks are to die for! One of mine came busted (probably shipping) and I reached out and within a hour they had not only responded but sent out a replacement with a couple free ones! Truly amazing company and amazing drinks!

Somehow the wrong address got put in the order after it was placed. I immediately emailed customer service and was actually shocked at how quickly they responded and were able to change the address! Very professional and fast service!

This company is awesome!! I had a problem with my order and not only did they rectify the issue immediately they sent me extra tea's. These tea's are great and so is the customer service!!

When writing and explaining that I loved the Loaded Tea Shop, but as an older person, I used more water in my teas and also was less active so my teas were lasting longer. ( was under the impression that this was a subscription, so there were automatic deliveries. Because you could “PAUSE “ your deliveries) But within minutes of contacting them in an email, they responded, explaining that loaded Teas was not an automatic delivery, unless I wanted to schedule it that way! I could PAUSE AS LONG AS I WANTED, OR NOT EVEN ORDER AGAIN, without saying anything, ( unless it was because, I didn’t like a flavor, an order was wrong,) or as in this case I just wanted to say, how AWESOME AND TRULY CARING THEY ARE!! The Loaded Tea Shop is made up of some truly kind and genuine people who care about their customers! So if you are looking for a clean, beneficial, ( all those amazing vitamins, and no artificial additives) tasty way to be hydrated by a really decently priced product, created and sold by some pretty amazing folks, The Loaded Tea Shop is definitely the right place!
