I had a returned item not delivered by Yodel (booked through Parcel2Go).
I would not have received my refund for the non-delivery without the help of Dave at The Lighting Superstore. Only with his help did I get any response from these other two companies.

I bought an outside light from TLS a couple of years ago, my husband was changing the bulb and lost one of the tiny screws to put the shade back on. They were very specific to the light, so I contacted TLS to see if they could get a replacement. Very quickly they responded that they would contact the manufacturer, they then got back to me and said that they are posting it out to me. I'm very impressed with this service and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Awful Service from TLS, purchased 2 touch lamps from them earlier this year, one is working fine but approx 4 weeks ago one of the lights started to turn itself on if there was any movement around or near the lamp, this was very annoying as it would come on in the middle of the night etc if someone touched the bedside table etc. Contacted the TLS who told me to return the lamp at my expense and they would look into it, I had to continously contact them over a 2 week period for updates to which they said the lamp functioned perfectly whilst in their warehouse and I would have to arrange a courier and pay the postage to have it returned to myself. Lets see how my lamp is when it returns as my next step will be to contact the lamp manufacturer directly and trading standards. Wish I had just bought another lamp now, the hassle we have had.

I purchased four Triton outdoor lights for £216 from Lighting Superstore. After being up only six months the started to rust and it’s very lucky we took them down as one light had rusted so badly rainwater was leaking into the lightbulb area!

I contacted Lighting Superstore and sent many photographs, they advised that I needed to return them. I asked if I would get a refund and was passed through to the returns member of staff. I told them I had to put new lights straight up as I have a mobility problem. They said I could order some and they would refund me, at this point I advised I had purchased some already and at no stage did they say we cannot refund you.

I returned the lights and sent many emails which were eventually responded too and I asked about my refund at this point I was advised that they were sending out replacement light. Of course I did not want to use these lights as the first set became dangerous . The emails I then began to recieve had quite a hostile tone.

These light are supposed to have a 5 year warranty. This has been my worst internet purchase so far, I have four lights I can do nothing with and am out of pocket to the tune of £216. It is only when we have a problem with a company that we get to see how good their customer service is, hence my 1 star.

Appalling customer service. Website says 'If we don't have your requested items in stock then we'll often be able to order some in for your viewing and approval.' I rang today to enquire about five products, none of which is in stock and the man I spoke to refused to order any in for me to see. This despite the fact I want to purchase seven ceiling lights of two different types - so around £1,000 sale in total - but naturally I want to see them first. Website shouldn't say this if the shop is not prepared to honour it...

Really pleased with the level of service, updated with with dispatch tracking and delivery details. The brushed satin bathroom light I purchased was perfect. Have been let down in the past by inaccurate descriptions but very happy with the light, display and overall look

Ordered a Cabaret LED Five Mirror Light from them. Rang to make a query on the fixings. Quick response. Fast delivery with email to warn me when it was going to arrive (1 hour slot).
Good quality item, which works well.
