Great how you can get new coins at face value regularly as opposed to other companies where you are placed in a draw to obtain them, but never get drawn! Had several coins this year at 50 - 75 percent... Vis mer

I am sorry for the wait, and sorrier still that the only reply you had was an automated one. That is not how this should have gone.
I would like to sort this out properly, but I cannot find you from your review alone. I have sent you a request for your order details through Trustpilot — if you are able to reply to that, or email us at support@thekoinclub.com, I will pick it up straight away.
Kind regards,

Was ordered for my son's birthday...with a view of maybe starting a collection for him ?
It finally arrived weeks late ! Far to late to be a gift !! And i had to email and moan to get any kind of an update??
Would i order again? Emm?? No ! Far too unreliable !
Sorry koin club!!
Get your act together!

Svar fra The Koin Club
Hi Jamie, I am sorry this missed your son's birthday. The coin was a pre-order, so it could not ship until it came out of production, and I know that is little comfort when there is a date attached. Our team did come back to you on both occasions you wrote in, and I am sorry the answer was not the one you needed. Thank you for the feedback.

Goog looking coin

Svar fra The Koin Club
Hi Dave, thank you! Lovely to hear the coin has impressed. Enjoy it.
Hundreds for what?
After spending hundreds of £'s on collectables. I started collecting sets, my pride and joy would have been motifs of the world collection. However after coming across the exact coins being sold by the same company at 1/10 of the price on auction sites I can no longer look at coin collecting in the same manner.
Feel ripped of and considering selling my entire collection

Hi Mark,
I am sorry to read this. Collecting should feel like something you enjoy, and it clearly does not right now.
What you have raised is a fair question and one I would rather answer properly than briefly. If you email us at support@thekoinclub.com, one of our team will come back to you on it.
Kind regards,
