Great how you can get new coins at face value regularly as opposed to other companies where you are placed in a draw to obtain them, but never get drawn! Had several coins this year at 50 - 75 percent... Vis mer

The coins are excellents
The coins are excellents. But the wrapping in how it arrives to me is not adequate. Great coin bad package. Once the coin arrived with the page age retaped and coin broken. WAs replaced by the Koin club quickly one I torn off the card while trying to open the package, hope to have a new card to replace this one. The envelopes shop be in a larger size and better protection inside. This being said the loins are so nice this will not stop me from buying them

I’m so unhappy with their service
I’m so unhappy with their service! They sent me a coin out with not certificate then tried to take £54.99 out of my account!

Svar fra The Koin Club
Hi Emma, I am sorry this was not clearer. That coin is not issued with a certificate, so nothing was missing from your parcel. On the charge, your first purchase included a subscription, which is where that came from — I can see you have since cancelled it, so nothing further will be billed. If you need anything else, just email us at support@thekoinclub.com.
Kind regards,

I was paying to much in postage
I was receiving two coins for 2 collections. It annoyed me to have two large padded envelopes. I therefore had to pay postage And packaging on two deliveries. There were 12 coins in each collection, so I paid nearly £60 in extra postage. This week I received another collection with one coin in. Which I hadn’t ordered. I’ve decided not to deal with this greedy company again
