I expected much more for the price
I expected much more for the price. The gold arrived loose inside a small plastic case, with no certificate or documentation verifying its authenticity, purity, weight, or origin. No licensed-merchandise documentation was included either.
I was also charged customs fees, which is especially frustrating given the lack of proper documentation. For a product advertised as licensed merchandise containing real gold, I expected much better presentation and proof of authenticity.
Very disappointing. I would not purchase from this seller again.

Koin club took money from my account without notification. I didn't request, or want the item they charged me for. It's a poor business model they operate. I now have to wait for a refund and send the unwanted item back to them when it arrives.

Fraudsters
Absolutely fraudster of a company. I got this offer to pay delivery for a coin, thought it's only £4 why not. 20 days later haven't received it and they have now tried to charge me another £43 for another coin. (Btw I have received 0 coins) Chat button doesn't work on their website either. Fraudsters.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to let us know, and we are sorry you are still waiting on your order. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.
We have not been able to match your review to an account, so we have sent you a request for a few details. Once we have those, we can look into this properly and get it sorted for you. You are also welcome to write to us directly at support@thekoinclub.com.

Everything is great until you have a problem and then it’s actually horrendous. The problem isn’t even that big but the issues to get it sorted are draining and then there is a continuous subscription so once the collection you actually bought is finished they just sign you up for another and expect you to cancel despite never signing anything. I would have once recommended but actually think they are one of the most horrific companies I’ve ever dealt with. The humans that deal with you are about as useful as the ai.

Hi Emma,
Thank you for your feedback, and we are sorry your experience with us has been a frustrating one. That is not how this should have gone.
One of our team is already looking after this for you. In the meantime we have paused your subscription so nothing goes out while things are being sorted — if you would rather it continued, just let the colleague you are speaking with know and they will restart it for you. They can also check anything you were expecting that has not reached you.
Kind regards,
