Delivery company Evri is useless really wouldn’t use them they just kept delaying the delivery like they always do. Two of the hats I found to be quite tight can’t wear them they give me a headache. Happen want sizes on them.
Other than that I’d use this shop again they are prompt with processing your order.

Fake item received
Unfortunately I received a completely different version of the interactive prayer I ordered. I have contacted customer services to fix this issue but have had no response. As a revert who is trying to learn how to pray I feel very upset. They are offering the My Salah salah mat for a discounted price but sending a different item.

I think they get their products from Turkey mostly. I ordered 2 prayer matts and I am very happy with them.

Be wary of this company
Be wary of this company. They did not honour their word. I contacted them to inform them that I did not receive my order, instead I received a package which contained various other items that they do not even sell. The caller admitted that it could have been an issue on their end and that they would resend the items next working day. They agreed to resend the items, to date I have not received the items promised from them.
Update: You guys requested more information from me on 12th March 2025. I have sent you the requested information and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
