Received a faulty item
Received a faulty item. Didn’t turn on didn’t work. It was the electric bakhoor diffuser. Really disappointed.

Poor customer service
Ordered a Quran a couple of weeks ago. They cancelled my order and refunded me. The refund took 8 days to arrive in my account. They never stated why they canceled my order though.

I received a copy of the Quran from your website, but unfortunately, the cover was upside down. It's important for such a sacred book to be treated with respect and care. I hope this issue can be addressed for future orders

We have contacted the company which make and put the cover. They have apologised and added they make sure all covers are in good order but unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen as they put by in person.

I have order a few items online on 4th March and still not received them. I have been told they have been sent to courier which is Evri and it seems they have lost them or something dodgy is going on. I have tried contacting The Islamic Shop via email and telephone for last 2 days without in success. Very poor experience. The gifts were supposed to be for Ramadan which will have gone by the time this gets resolved or not.
