Ordered last January in sale. Nothing arrived. Email to someone called Mary just said items shipped. But at end of Feb stopped answering email and no refund given

Wasteful over packaging
Beautiful product at a good price but it came with ridiculously wasteful packaging. Huge box, heaps of paper and card, with a tiny box of cutlery inside. Why couldn't you just send it in the box it came in from Nkuku? It's so sad to be wasteful when the planet's resources are being so over used.

Fantastic company! Great price, delivery time and quality with my purchase. Had a slight issue with the item when it arrived, but customer support was absolutely brilliant.
