The overall experience of using Lux Central is amazing. The presenters on the live are very engaging and fun! The clutch was delivered in two days. The way it is shown on the live and pictures is true in person. The quality is great!

I’ve never actually bought pre loved before, I get bad vibes from the biggest companies but I come across Lux Central on TikTok and thought they seemed like genuinely nice people. I had been after the Gucci bloom Dionysus bag to match my sliders for a while but because they didn’t make it anymore I was reluctant to buy it pre loved due to scammers. I saw they had one in the background and asked if it was for sale, they were so helpful and showed it up close to the camera explaining the condition etc. I bought it on the Tuesday evening and it was shipped the very next day for next day delivery, it arrived well packaged and as described - even more beautiful than I was expecting! It came with a certificate of authenticity too, but you could tell from the quality and print it was genuine anyway. Would defo recommend using them, was absolutely perfect transaction. Thank you

I stopped watching and following their tiktok because I was humiliated on one of their live. I bought 3 items with them. The last item I bought was a Goyard plummet bag and didnt inform that there was a slight tear outside so I felt disappointed and it cost me like £700ish. It was indeed a great luxury online store but I just felt so bad about the humiliation.
