Ok,so I love this site for harmonica shopping. It was easy, and fast but I do have one little complaint. The harmonica I wanted to order was not available. I'm only hoping that the company will be able to refresh their stock Hohner Meisterklasse "D"

Lately I returned a harmonica which I felt was not working properly as playing a chord it sounded very like the reed was not as it should be. I have been playing harmonica for 50 years and still play gigs today. I was helped by a member of staff but I did feel he was not really listening to my concerns. On top of that I still had to pay the postage to me, and also to return the item back to you. I will not use the Harmonica Company again and certainly will not recommend you to others.

The harmonica in question was a Powerbender, which is a very different tuning to Richter and won't produce chords in the same way as a traditional tuning. I refunded you for this harmonica, so I am a little disappointed to receive a negative review. Jonathan

It has been 17 days since I placed my order and I have yet to receive my purchase. When I traced the order I was told it had not yet been shipped. After contacting The Harmonica Company I was assured they would look into it but have not received any response to date.

For future reference, this was resolved with the customer via email. A batch of orders sent to Royal Mail during the period of strikes in 2022 went missing. Unfortunately, a replacement for this harmonica was not available from the manufacturer for several weeks, but we did eventually get hold of one and shipped it to the customer. Jonathan

Very well made products, ergonomically and well assembled. I own several harmonica etuis, including 9 harmonicas case. They are very responsive and I have a good shipping experience with them. I like and I recommend and rate 5*. Thank you guys for an excellent service.

Wide Selections and Great prices at The Harmonica Company
I have ordered chromatic, tremolo, power bender, and standard diatonic harmonicas from this company in the past three months. Every single harmonica has sounded great and has arrived in tune, and stayed in tune.
The following has nothing to do with the Harmonica Company's side of the business, but it may be helpful to buyers from the United States: U.S. customs held the largest order with the chromatic and tremolo harmonicas in it for a month with a message saying clearance in progress before it arrived last week, but the smaller orders with the express shipping option arrived within the week of purchase. I doubt that it would be common for that to happen, but if it does, stay patient and it will still get to you.
All things considered, the Harmonica Company is the only place that I will buy harmonicas from, even though they are overseas. Their prices and the vast selection of harps that they offer is hard to match.

Happy Customer...
Great company to deal with.As usual i received my new harmonica from them sooner than expected.I found out this time that their after sales service is good in my experience because the harmonica was defective.I emailed them and was told by Jonathan to send it back,and got my replacement today,so well pleased.
