Ordering process easy
Ordering process easy. Notifications from FedEx were implied that the order had been picked up when actually it was on back order. But you responded immediately when I emailed for clarification. Please note that the case arrived crushed and cracked, but did its job—the harmonica was undamaged. No problem—I store in a separate case so not needed. I would definitely order again. Thank you.

Nice harmonica (the PowerBender)
Nice harmonica (the PowerBender). The spare reed-plates didn’t fit, but I guess that’s because my Blues harp is 30 years old. Took a long time for the goods to arrive but as I understand that was mainly caused by strikes and problem with the mail-authorities.

I bought on the website, so no contact with the harmonica company team. However, the site was easy to negotiate and I found what I was looking for with no problems. I have to say, the meisterklasse mouth organ turned out to be superb and well worth the extra price, next time I want one I know just what to buy and where!
