Hi I'm a cleaner at the gym group Doncaster love it been working over 6 years manager and staff treat me brilliant work as a team most members very good

It’s an amazing gym lots of equipment that I can use to get stronger love the gym it’s very well made.

These cretins illegally reduced my refund after I used my right to cancel to end my membership on the first day I signed up, because the gym was so shockingly bad. Stay far away. Literally anything else is better than this.

Absolutely love this place! Great range of equipment for all goals and abilities, because it's 24/7 it's never too busy. The management, PTs and cleaners are all brilliant. Been a member nearly 3 years now, and wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Everyone friendly and helpful plenty of equipment negative is the ceilings need sorting a lot of leaks

To my disappointment at today's class, I am having to give 2 stars, not sure if it's a mis communication between pt's and head office, but it was an embarrassing shambles, the Pt expected 6 people on his class, then a regular on classes booked on 40 mins before class, and was turned away because Head Office told the Pt to do the class in pairs and with certain equipment, am sorry but that's a crock, if you can't book on before the class starts then the booking system should close, it's been grating on me all day, and if that's the way this gym is going, then my membership will be cancelled

Super helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. They always prioritise you. For example, once I couldn't enter the gym because my code didn't work (it was my fault at the end of the day), the staff member helped me get in and explained why it happened, seconds before she had to start her class. Then helped me fix the issue that I had when she finished her class. Fantastic staff, I'm so happy to come back to this gym. It's really a place that feels like home. And nobody judges or takes photos or videos of you. This really is THE gym

I've been a member of the Doncaster Gym Group for just under a year now and find ticks all the boxes regarding what I need. Convenience, plenty of stuff on the floor and in the main, decent staff members that will acknoweledge you as a customer and make you feel welcome. This is good should you choose to go down the personal trainer route your more likely to select a somebody that is friendly from the start that you can chat with. Free parking on the Frenchgate is a massive bonus for this gym.

Local and next to my office, easy access, good space between the equipment and supportive, encouraging, helpful team and a overall friendly atmosphere. Felt able to work at my own pace to work towards reaching my goal and have lost 21lbs since Jan 23.

One place too few to press on the bench (low bench), one place too few "in the cage" for, for example, squats with a barbell. Mold on the walls and ceiling.

The gym is amazing. Best one in Doncaster. The memberships are great and practical as you are not tied into any contracts. Very helpful staff and and a good range of highly qualified pts.

Hello, really disappointed with the cleanliness in the Doncaster gym, mens changing rooms always untidy in a morning, bits of tissue and bottles all over the floor. Bins not emptied and full of paper towels which is concerning as the cleaning stations have been removed for a few weeks now. Not sure why these have been removed at the time of year when transmission of viruses are at there worst.

For 4 years I have been reporting the problem of loud and unnecessary music. but nobody does anything about it. It is impossible to exercise on the mat in front of the mirrors because loudspeakers with hopeless music kill. The noise from the speakers is more of a match than exercise. And in the women's locker room you can't change a word because people can't hear you. Fall and winter are very cold. I'm afraid to think what the temper will be in 2 months.

Really enjoying the live it membership. I travel all around the country and never struggle to get a workout in. All the gyms are clean and have plenty of equipment.

Still things to improve but they are doing so daily, keep it up

Equipment provided is good, but not enough of it making it hard to do desired workout. eg: Bench press, 1 sit up bench which regularly seems to disaspear for days at a time.

stomach crunch machine upstairs requires more maintinance as very sqeaky, downstairs cables seem to be dragging and feel like they both have different amount of resistance despite same weight. Parking ticket machine regularly broken. Buckets scattered around due to leaky aircon which has been the case for the past year+. Floor lifting up near leg press causing a potential trip hazard has never been addressed and also next to a bucket catching water.
