Great service and friendly staff
I ordered a golf trolley here and then discovered it had poor reviews online. I called and spoke to Dan on the phone who was super helpful and really friendly. He cancelled the order and refunded the cost. Will definately be using this website again in future

Great, quick efficient service
Having researched which golf watch i wanted i then sourced the best deal from an online company with great reviews that's why i chose the Golf Shop online.
The purchase was easy and delivery was quick. The only negative was with their chosen courier company having instructed everyone that in the event of us not being home to leave in a safe place which i had supplied to everyone both Courier and Golf shop online..When i returned from our shopping trip the parcel was left in clear view literally yards from the main road and so easily could have been stolen as its a busy road..apart from that the process with The Golf Shop Online was excellent.

I am sorry the delivery was left outside your front door, I can see from the image on the DPD website that a door was open when the driver took the picture so I am not sure why they would of left it outside. I can only apologise for this and I am glad you received it ok.

Poorkaddy Bought a POWAKADDY golf trolly from…
Further to the response from The Golf Online Shop I would like to reiterate that my position is that I do not feel that a ‘REPAIR’ should be required and is therefore not acceptable after only three outings for a ‘PREMIUM’ product costing almost £1000.Therefore their offer to take it back so that they can then send it back to POWAKADDY for examination and ultimately a likely repair, isn’t what I feel is required.I am happy to return it and wait for a replacement or refund after they examine it to see if it has been misused or abused in any way.My past experience has shown that when a mechanical product goes wrong so quickly it’s generally a rouge item and will continue to give issues.I don’t want to be without my item for a week,two weeks or even 3 weeks after such a heavy investment. I would also reiterate that it’s very unfair that the 30 day countdown starts the day you order the product not from when you receive it.I accept that my experience still falls in real terms 12 days outside their limit but feel that consideration should be given to the fact it was only used 3 times.
Bought a POWAKADDY golf trolly from them.The trolly developed a serious electrical fault on only its third use.I contacted the Golf Shop online to ask for a replacement. Apparently despite the trolly costing almost £1000 pounds they only accept returns within 30 days and beware they start their countdown from the day you order (mine was delivered some 4 days after order) I received it on the 24th July,I’m 62years old and very much a fair weather ,Sunday golfer.I have only used the trolly 3 times and the fault developed on the 8th Sept and they are intransigent with regards to the 30 day policy.Personally I think this is very poor.My advice is if you buy anything from them give it a very good test within 30 days.

Terrible Experience
Terrible experience. Bought a jnr bag. Stand didnt work (I think it was returned by someone else as it has a make shift screw through the base of it to hold the stand in- new one bought from shop (same model doesnt). Sent an email asking if I was missing anything to save returning it but was ignored and therefore returned the bag.... at a cost of £12.99 which I didnt get refunded.
Go to your local golf shop and save yourself from having the same experience!

We did forward your email on to our MKids sales rep and were awaiting his reply to see if we could help with the problems with the bag. It looks as though in the meantime, the bag arrived back to us from you for a refund, so this is why it wasn't followed up.
We normally send our customers a holding email to explain that we are looking into their enquiry, so I can only apologise that you did not receive this. I can only put it down to human error that this was not sent.
We try our best to deal with any problems our customers have quickly and efficiently, so I can only apologise this did not happen on this occasion, but I can assure you we will learn from this feedback.
