Powakaddy electric trolley
The Powakaddy electric trolley arrived on time and, in view of its value, 2 stage authentication was used for delivery. Very impressed with both that and the trolley itself - which was exactly as described.
Overall having now found The Golf Shop Online I will use it much more for my golfing equipment needs.
If you buy a new trolley consider what extras you will need, I forgot the drink holder!

Bought a Powakaddy score card holder…
Bought a Powakaddy score card holder for my Trolley. The product itself is great, works great, packaging was fine but decided to get one for a specific event so paid an extra £4.99 at around 08 30 on a Thursday morning for overnight delivery expecting it to arrive on the Friday ready for the weekend. However it didn't arrive until the following Monday!? Dont waste your money on delivery charges. They are clearly ignored as was the email I sent. Disappointed.

Your order was dispatched promptly by us in good faith using DPD’s next day delivery service, however on this occasion the parcel was unfortunately delayed in transit and did not arrive until Monday. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, and we’re also sorry that your email was not responded to at the time.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will be refunding the £4.99 next day delivery charge for you today.

No issues with the customer service - arrived on time, as promised, with some minor damage to the packaging but that was more of a courier issue than the seller. Overall, no complaints

J’ai acheté une paire de FootJoy Première Series qui s’est malheureusement révélée défectueuse : le cuir à l’avant de la chaussure s’est abîmé de manière anormale.
J’ai pris contact avec le service après-vente et j’ai été accompagné par Stephen, qui m’a proposé de renvoyer la paire afin de l’analyser. À peine deux jours après réception, une solution m’a été proposée.
Je tiens à souligner la réactivité et le professionnalisme du SAV, ce qui devient assez rare aujourd’hui. Un grand merci pour la qualité du suivi et du service !
Je n’hésiterai pas à effectuer de futurs achats chez vous.

Be wary of one particular issue
Be wary of one particular issue with this site, I placed an order for a Taylormade Spider putter, which I was pleased to find was in stock on the website in the exact spec I needed, with 3-5 working days delivery. The day after I purchased I got an email saying “Unfortunately Taylormade are out of stock and have given us an ETA of 07/05”, nearly a month after I ordered. I have no doubt that I would have received the order as expected after that time, but it’s very misleading to say that an item is in stock when it isn’t.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes on the 22 of March 26.
They were too small, so I returned them for a larger size. They received my return on the 25th and my replacement arrived today the 27th!!
Overall, I'm very impressed with their efficiency and speed of service

Excellent Service
I have ordered several items from this company all delivered promptly with no issues. I recently bought some shoes and when they arrived I was unhappy with the fit. The return was processed promptly and an immediate refund was processed. Excellent service. I would have no hesitation ordering again.

Would use again
First time I've used this site having never heard of it before. Was only looking for some golf socks and found they were the cheapest for the FJ ones I wanted. Ended up buying a couple of things. Ordered late Wednesday night and delivered Saturday afternoon. Top service and would use again.

I ordered an expensive Christmas gift only for DX Express - your delivery company - to tell me they've tried to deliver twice when they haven't. I was in both times and have cameras, they never came. I've emailed you and sent a direct message on Instagram and no response. Please can someone track down my order and use a proper delivery company to get it to me asap. I'm now very concerned it won't arrive before Christmas.

The John Lewis (in the 80s) of golf retailing
Purchased my kids golf set through them. We had issues with the quality of golf bag (twice). This was manufacturing issue and they immediately replaced the bag first time round. The second time it happened they offered to upgrade the bag for us to prevent a repeat. More recently my boy lost a club from the set. They were able to replace it for way less than I ever expected.
Their Customer Service is seriously impressive; incredibly quick responses, proactive, customer focussed. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Ordered the wrong colour!
I placed an order online but ordered the wrong colour by mistake. I emailed my mistake and followed up with a phone call. By the time I spoke to customer service the mistake had already been corrected. Excellent service, helpful, friendly and very efficient!

Pour mes achats je privilégierai désormais ce site qui est moins cher que la concurrence pour des produits strictement identiques et de la meilleure qualité .Le prix est donc bien TTC.

Misselling
I bought what was advertised and sold as powakaddy winter wheels last year. My club now tell me (and powakaddy agree) they are not winter wheels. The Golf Shop Online say I should sell them on eBay and won’t accepted back despite misselling them to me. £90 wheels !
The response say it was advertised as winter at the time - they absolutely were. I didn’t need wheels for the main season I already had them. Other sites also advertise them as winter wheels despite powakaddy being very clear (I asked them specifically) that they are not and that I had been missold.

They’re a standard accessory designed to enhance the stability of your trolley, and the product page doesn’t mention winter use at all.
Because the item supplied matches the listing and was delivered correctly, we’re not able to accept a return after this length of time (purchase date 24th October 2024).
We understand this isn’t the answer you were hoping for, but we haven’t mis-sold the product.
If you need help choosing the correct winter wheels for your trolley, we’re happy to point you to the right ones.
