Just got my AOVO today, only took 3 days to arrive. Waiting for it!!

Excellent customer service, Daniel helped me choose the best scooter for a Christmas present for my son, ordered it last week and it arrived today by DPD.

Escotter died today, died last night and my commute home which usually is 40mins with a 5mins scoot turned out to be 2hrs as I missed my last public transport home after work because although 4/5 battery, it decided to die mid journey, woke up today and won’t turn on. Rubbish customer service

I've been to a few of the shops, and Electric Future is by far the best place for finding this kind of stuff. I also emailed their help team once when I had trouble assembling a scooter and they came out with immediate assistance and save me from a heart attack!

I have never ridden a сhinese made electric scooter before and I was a little apprehensive when I decided to give my brother's company product a try. To be honest, it has been nothing but an amazing experience.

We purchased 2 scooters in December 2021 in early February they both stopped working with an error . We have been trying to get the issue resolved with this company since . They have now told us it been to long to get an exchange even tho we made contact less than 50 days from purchase. I would strongly suggest not buying from theses . We have even tried to contact them about taking them to them but they are not interested. I have contacted watch dog and consumer rights as they need to be investigated.

The customer service team was able to speak with me on the phone following a recording I discovered I had been conducting all along. We finished the call after they rapidly fixed my issue, provided suggestions, and resources. They called me back shortly after I had called their number to check in and make sure everything was still working smoothly.
