We went for pain in a tooth 27 March
Wisdom tooth was taken out antibiotics given for 7 day
Next Pain got worst
When called receptionist refused to give appointment and asked to wait until antibiotics work
Third day pain was unbearable an could not open mouth due to internal swelling
We went back to practice waited for 3 hours to be seen
Dentist advised pain killers and complete the course.
5 days of agony pain was still same.
Could not eat or drink barely had liquid diet
02 April had enough, we contacted another dentist.
The treatment started, the problem was third tooth towards front of wisdom tooth. Where a filling required to be renewed
It took three days treatment due to damage caused by forcing the wisdom tooth out
(It was decayed but wasn’t causing any problem )

I had a very painful broken tooth and swollen jaw. A very kind and helpful receptionist booked me in for that day and the lovely Nihal (Dentist) and Victoria (Nurse) carried out my treatment and removed the tooth. They were both very kind, reassuring and professional, and I can't thank them enough for sorting me out. I highly recommend The Peterborough Dental Hub, their service is worth every penny.

I booked a double appointment with a dentist as i wasn't allowed to book straight in with a hygienist and i didnt want to have to go into Peterborough twice. When i booked, I explained that all i needed was a descale and polish. I was told that the dentist 'would most likely want to take xrays'. When i arrived, no examination, just 'we need xrays'. I neither need nor wanted xrays, just a descale and polish. No clinical assessment. It was clear unless i paid more money ontop of the £50 for double appointment and £65 for descale and polish that all they are interested in is money. I firmly belive this, as thats all the dentist was concerned about. Especial as he asked if id have just one xray! It would be very interesting to know if xrays are a Key Performance Indicator. I expect that it is.
I have asked for a refund. Needless to say thats not happened.
Once id received the details of the complaints department, written on a scrap piece of paper, i was ushered out the side door!

Possibly the worst dentist I have ever come across. Don’t believe the fake reviews, listen to a real person.

I called up the Northampton Practice enquiring about their services as I’m absolutely petrified of the dentist after a bad experience. They seemed nice in the beginning. The first red flag was how aggressive the lady was inside my mouth. A check up should not cause me pain. I was then asked to pay 3 seperate times for 2x small x-rays and 1 large x-ray.. which I refused because I’m not paying nearly £50 on top of my appointment costs to be lied to and a good hunch it was. I was then told I needed to pay £2000 for JUST a clean or my teeth would fall out. EXTREMELY unprofessional practice, I started crying and felt terrified for my mouth health as both the lady and the man at the computer stressed I would lose my teeth if I refused this treatment. Now as far as I was concerned my mouth wasn’t in any danger but I left extremely agitated and upset wondering how I was going to come up with this money for my health because nobody wants to lose their smile.

It was recommended to me to go to a REAL dentist after a load of bad reviews was found for this place. Not only did a REAL dentist tell me that I didn’t need any major work done, he told me there was no reason to be told my teeth would fall out, there was no reason for me to pay £2000 compared to the measly £30 I paid today. My treatment plan is NOT emergent. He didn’t bash my teeth with a metal rod, they were actually extremely helpful and kind and really put my mind to rest after this awful scam dentist tried to take all that money from me.

It’s one thing to make a profit of someone’s ill health but it’s another thing to play on anxious patients for profit.

If you are an anxious patient, or if you simply value your time, health and money.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE

I needed an extraction for a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain , dental hub Peterborough got me in the next day for a check up and had me back in for the removal asap , My Dentist was Elise and the nurse was Izzy , they were amazing! so friendly and kept me calm during the procedure as i’ve always been nervous of the dentist , couldn’t recommend anyone else!! thank you!

I left a message on their website explaining I needed to see someone. I got a telephone call within half an hour & I booked an appointment for the next day. The service was fantastic as were the people. My treatment was explained as it was happening. Would absolutely recommend them.

I would not recommend the The Dental Hub in York, Huntington practice. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. She deregistered me without my consent. If you are an NHS patient be prepared to be assigned an inexperienced nurse.

If you value your health, your time, and your money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I’m no good when it comes to dentist. I found this dentist in peteeborough via googling it due to having an abscess above my tooth(left side of the upper mouth) the abscess did burst itself which was a relief and got myself antibiotics. Went to the dental hub to see how bad it was.. and i had a lovely women dentist called Elise. Absolutely amazing. Had a x ray and she told me abscess is definitely self draining. Had 2 options to get a route canal or tooth extraction. I chose tooth extraction. What a relief that was. Elise was so steady with her hands. Took her time. Kept checking if I was okay. Gave me numbing gel as well as numbing injection and used special tools to check if i could feel any pain. Very comforting actually. We even talked about non dental stuff before hand because i was so nervous. The staff themselves are lovely. I do need more work done in my mouth, which i will be getting done in the new year. If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Some prices can be abit high. But totally worth it. Thank you so much!!

I cannot speak highly enough the hub they were fantastic..!! I needed an emergency appt on a Sunday..!!From the girls on the phone to the lovely man that let us in as my husband was unable to walk far..! Elise was wonderful she made my husband
very much at ease....I would not hesitate to recomend the Peterborough Dental Hub...Thank you all....🤩🤩🤩

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this dental practice. I paid for a deep cleaning, but received only a basic cleaning, not even close to the service I was described or charged for. No clear explanation, no refund, and no effort to make it right.

On top of that:

• I had a fractured tooth, which was completely missed despite undergoing both local and panoramic radiographs during my visit. The fracture was later confirmed elsewhere, proving the diagnostic failure.
• When I tried to raise a complaint, I was met with a long, confusing process that led nowhere. The only offer I received was a 15-minute appointment, which was then refused at the last minute. That was their idea of resolution.

This practice failed me on every level—diagnosis, treatment, and professionalism. I’ve had to seek care elsewhere just to undo the damage caused by their negligence.

If you value your health, your time, and your money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Had another visit to the dental hub today and yet again happy with the service I was given and you get a good service from the team as stated in my previous message top quality and excellent service from start to finish without any hesitation will always use the peterborough dental hub without a doubt

Go elsewhere. Dr. Nabeel was dismissive and unprofessional, openly admitting he’s never had dental treatment. He kept commenting on my Invisalign journey when I wasn’t asking for his opinion. I went in for an emergency check-up for pain unrelated to Invisalign, but he insisted on offering unsolicited comments. When I asked about the brand of whitening products they use, he couldn’t even give a straight answer and made a mockery when I asked if it was Phillips Zoom. He seemed more focused on proving himself rather than addressing my concerns. His people skills and customer service were severely lacking.
I called to give basic feedback about this, and I received an unreasonable message from the so-called director of The Dental Hub, who manages both the Milton Keynes and Northampton branches. He told me that a manager would call me and that they welcomed feedback, but instead, he ended up texting me and referred to me as "a pain in the arse"—this message came from the company number.

The director seems more focused on walking his dog and sipping coffee than actually managing the practice and handling complaints professionally. He clearly didn’t bother to check who he was messaging before hitting send.

Just because you’re a private company doesn’t mean customer service should be ignored!
This practice seems driven more by profit than by patient care. I’ll be interested to see what the GDC has to say about this.

Update: The director reached out via his personal number, offering a brief and unconvincing apology. (See attachment of how they handle misconduct and complaints.) This sums up how this place handles issues.

Amazing service can’t fault the dental hub. I got booked in straightaway and they were able to do something for me another dentist couldn’t. I have also just received a follow up call. I highly recommend!

Avoid !!!
I booked a check up, then cancelled it. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I called multiple times, sent emails and didn't even get a response. I was being told they cannot see the transaction to refund me. After I complained few more times I finally received an email stating the refund was done and it should be with me within 3-5 days. The time has passed and no refund appeared. The worst service ever, it shouldn't be that difficult to refund a customer!! I am very glad I changed my mind and I am not a customer of this crappy clinic that just wants to make money on you !!

DON'T GO!!! I never leave reviews but feel so strongly about this awful place. Staff were rude & unkempt. They told me my son's appointment for teeth whitening would be £25 which I had to pay upfront but then they charged us another £53 for unnecessary x rays!!! They didn't even take the mold for the template which is what they told us the appointment was for! I feel totally ripped off.

The workers are the most dreadful thing at that place they constantly just give attitude or decide to be rude and give dirty looks. Two of the managers as i asked where to sit replied with 'Where the f#ck do you think its over there open your eyes look before asking' (previously sat there and got told to stand up and move apparently i wasn't allowed to sit there) and i was left stunned its honestly one of the worst work environments I've seen and don't know how they have managed to keep there job not a single smile in that hellish place. The workers as well need to be taught personal hygiene. You'd hope working in a dental place they would have used deodorant but the managers who had come up to me hadn't used any or washed there clothes, they also had yellow stains across all there teeth with an unpleasant smell all in all, the managers are horrible people who dont respect paying clients at all and and are incredibly rude and if could i would call up a higher up and talk to them myself.

I attended the hub for an extraction (after a week of antibiotics for an absess), on friday 7th February. I have nothing but praise for Alicia, who undertook my procedure. She talked me through everything and made me feel at ease (as much as you can be under these circumstances), and took her time to ensure that I was completely pain free prior to the extraction. I am a very nervous patient but Alicia treated me with such kindness and what I had built up in my mind to be a harrowing ordeal, was infact a quick and virtually painless procedure. Once again the aftercare was fantastic, as I was contacted by telephone the following day to check that all was ok. I would recommend The Hub , and have done, to anyone , who finds themselves in need of a dental service.

Dr Aziz was super professional. I had a tooth taken out and although it took a while to remove, he checked I was okay through the whole procedure and topped up my numbing when needed. I will certainly be staying with this dentist.

I have a fantastic dentist but I started to recognise a nagging tell tale sign of having an infection in one of my gums on a weekend of all times.
The fear started to creep in so I phoned 111 not knowing at the time about The Dental Hub in Peterborough.
Dreading that the nearest Dentist to me on a Sunday was probably miles away the doom started to take over until I was told about the dental hub and phoned them straight away and got an appointment within two hours having paid a Consultation fee of £25 before arriving.
I cannot praise the lovely Dentist and all the staff enough as they are so down to earth and I felt at ease straight away.
I feel comforted to know they are there as I did need antibiotics and was able to obtain them quickly after a thorough check, x ray etc.

Tooth Extraction. Bilal took my lower left rear mouler out today could not thank him enough as there was a abcess below it he did a fantastic job and was so gentle unlike the last extraction which was like being in an S & M dungeon. Perfect job thanks Bilal 10/10 excellent job really appreciate you calmness and professionalism.
