I am in the process of getting major procedures done by nova dental implant centre. They were upfront and detailed about the pricing right from the start. They have been super supportive of my anxiety to the point where I am able to message my care coordinator at very irregular hours and she has been nothing but open, supportive and professional all the way through. My dentist ( Dr Sam) is highly qualified and very professional, which has inspired a huge amount of trust in me. I feel very safe and looked after at the clinic in Perth.

Honestly just a scam, they won’t let you book an appointment unless you pay a “refundable” $75 deposit to make sure you turn up which I was completely fine to do so but after my appointment I tried getting my refund back and the clinic wasn’t even Nova dental implant centre and that’s when I realised they are an agency that books with other clinics and most of the time Nova and the clinics don’t talk to each other. When I tried calling back to get my money back no one answered and it literally took me threatening them to get my money back. The chick on the phone was nice but Jesus she just asked “how does this makes you feel?” “What are you most excited for” just full sales pitch it’s ridiculous and their pricing isn’t even the pricing BECAUSE they are not the clinic they book for clinics. My advise: just go to the closest clinic to you it saves you the hassle and they do free appointments without the “refundable” deposit. Save your breath

Horrid agency that collects their book fee S75 then diverts you to another dentist. They DONT perform the dental services.

Then they (Novadentalimplantcentre.com) make it difficult to contact them or cancel. Phone number missing from website and emails. I found it after the questionnaire again. Then they don't answer when you call.
